Jul 31,2023We have a very large family. The family was able to stay in one house together and live the life of the rich and famous. The game room, movie studio, music studio, and pool were awesome. We had enough room in the enormous refrigerator to accommodate our big family, and it made things so convenient. The water park on the resort was also great. The experience is one my family will never forget.

Jul 31,2023This was our second year staying at Villatel for our family reunion. This year we were so big we rented 3 houses, last year it was two. The kids themed rooms are always a hit. Our kids, ranging in age from 6 years to 18 years old, stayed in the pool and the game rooms. We had an awesome time. The houses are spacious and modern with large kitchens. I wish the stoves were larger for the size of the kitchens. There are two refrigerators which is definitely a plus to store all the food for so many people. The cooking/serving utensils could be better as far as quality and also how many are available. The wifi connection could also be better. Overall the houses are awesome, the response time for issues were very good. I wish the heating of the hot tube was included but that is an additional charge. We will be back for a 3rd year.

Jul 31,2023OMG!! The house was Beautiful!! I got so many compliments from pictures I took. The kitchen was amazing!! The game room and the kids theme room was amazing my son and grandkids had an Awesome time. We went to Universal Studios and my 10 yr old son asked me how long we are going to be because he just wanted to get back to the pool!! We are already planning our next trip and will be using Villatel for sure!!

Jul 31,2023My stay for my PhD graduation at this particular house was awesome. The only con was the dirty grill. We had to clean the grill because it was very dirty. Other than that, the house was amazing. We will definitely book again in the future.

Jul 30,2023We had an absolutely wonderful time. Anytime we called concerning an issue we did receive prompt responses, and their issues were always resolved. Minor things like the televisions needing to be fixed so that we can use them in the rooms. Some worked in some didn’t a couple of times bedroom doors were locked and we had no key to get in them. But again these issues were attended to very quickly. We would definitely recommend to anyone to stay, and it is our hope that we will be able to come again. For some reason the playground was closed so our nine kids did not get a chance to use the playground and we questioned why with such a huge amount of money we paid to stay. It was an extra expense to heat the hot tub. That was something we felt like was a little unnecessary especially when you are renting the larger villas fortunately for us our house did have a built in Grill so we did not have to pay extra for the use of a grill. Just a few questionable things. The theme rooms and the game rooms were outstanding the movie theater. Fantastic the supplies in the kitchen available. Absolutely wonderfully convenient. With such large villas, it would be helpful to be able to have more than five cars because we did not find any suitable overflow parking but we were able to make it work. Thank you again for a fantastic stay and we look forward to coming again one day.

Jul 28,2023We had a great and exciting stay at our vacation home. The luxurious living rooms to the well-equipped kitchen and the second floor rooms. The kids had a great time in the games room and also the movie. The swimming pool was well lit & safe guarded, the kids enjoyed it. We had a lovely stay and would definitely refer my friend to visit villatel homes my family will definitely visit again next year.

Jul 28,2023We had a wonderful time staying here during my daughter’s basketball tournaments. The house was very big and the pool outdoor area was spacious. My only negative review would be that the kitchen wasn’t very well stocked with the essentials. We had a very nice time here

Lo único q no me gusto mucho es q se nos quedó ropa y no respondieron por eso, la comida q se deja si sabemos q quienes limpian lo toman, y esta bien. Pero si sería bueno q si encuentran otras cosas llamen y dejen saber q lo tienen, ya con eso uno decide si va o no por eso

Jul 31,2023Loved everything about the house. Wish I was able to play golf. It wasn’t working nor there wasn’t any instructions on fixing it. The theater was amazing. It really felt like we were in the movies. The Wi-Fi was ok just not strong enough. It kept cutting off out the blue. I felt like it rushed us out on the last day cause the Wi-Fi cut off and stayed off.lol thank y’all for time and patience and definitely great services. I want to go back to Villatel again! 🥰🥰
