Rental of Brand New Luxury 6-10 Bedroom Villas in Orlando, FL. Premium amenities such as arcade rooms, movie theater, themed rooms, outside private pool and much more. Custom-designed, built and owned by Villatel. From $250 per night.
We rented a large Villatel house in Davenport for our annual family vacation. There were 23 of us (including 8 kids). We marveled at the 12 foot ceilings in the home… but even more so at the space and amenities. The in-home arcade was a hit (our high score on the basketball game of 272 is likely unbeatable), as was the golf simulator, movie theater, pool table, and walk-board Scrabble game. The pool got plenty of use—and even the gym. Any small issues (maintenance) were quickly fixed by the courteous Villatel team. We were also able to watch the SpaceX launches (plural!) from the back yard. Comfortable. Clean. Spacious. And fun! Definitely recommend.
We rented a large Villatel house in Davenport for a family vacation. There were 23 of us (including 10 kids). The house was big enough to fit everyone comfortably and the accommodations were outstanding (each bedroom had an en suite bathroom)! It was a beautiful home. We really enjoyed the pool, pool table and game rooms as well as the proximity to Orlando attractions (we went to Legoland). Our only complaints were that the coffee maker didn't work and there wasn't a Keurig, so we had to buy a cheap coffee maker for the week. Also the stove's oven made a weird ticking noise so we didn't use it. The pool was also made of stucco/concrete which led to daily scrapes for my rambunctious son who insisted on diving in. Nothing that a few band aids couldn't cure though. Overall it was a great time and we didn't have to leave the house to have fun!
It was truly great
The House was great. We accommodated 24 people. The game room, activities and pool were a big hit. We also used the club house for our family reunion event. Everything went smooth. The service tech had to come a few times for AC issues. They responded promptly. Over all the 6 days was great.
The house at 1770 Oak Blossom Drive in Davenport, was large and spacious, the amenities were great, but the smoke detector low battery chirping made our stay terrible! We arrived to check in at 4pm and the cleaners were still there. We could not occupy the house until about 5:30. A few minutes after entering the house, we heard the tell-tale chirp. We notified the property management company and they promised to put in an emergency ticket - needless to say, no one showed up. We spent a sleepless night listening to two detectors chirping - one of which was above the bed in one of the bedrooms, the other being in the theater room. We called on Tuesday morning around 8:30, no one came until about noon. By then, we had discovered that one of the bedrooms and the gym had no power, and the air hockey table had no puck! A technician came around noon, fixed the electrical issue and told us he was going to get batteries. Three hours later, he still wasn't back and we had to call yet again. Someone else came and left to get a taller ladder! This tech came back and changed the batteries. By 3am, two detectors began their chirping yet again. The same in the bedroom and this time, the one in the upstairs common area! We called again on Wednesday to report this ongoing issue. Long story short, on Thursday - Eddie, the last technician realized that the detectors were faulty. In fact, while we were on the phone with the Manager of the team, yet another detector started going off. The problem was finally fixed for good on Thursday and we were finally able to sleep through the night. I must say, that there were 3 very nice people we dealt with on the phone - Dana, Apple and Eddie. We did make that know to their manager - also named Dana. Dana the manager was professional and gracious and gave us the discount we had requested. I would stay there again because we did have a good time after all was said and done, but for what we paid, we should not have had to deal with the smoke detector issue for as long as we did. Our issue was not brought to the top of the queue until we requested that they do so.
Stayed at the Casino Magic Mansion for a week with a large group of family of 29. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. A few guests staying upstairs complained their bedrooms were hot, but downstairs was no problem. The pool was perfect, i especially loved the little shallow area for my 2 year old to hang out in and play. The hot tub was pretty useless as we were told it would cost an additional $400+ for the week for it to be heated. Most of us didn’t care, but some were upset. The parking situation was frustrating as most of us had to park a block away and walk. A house that sleeps 34 people should have more parking than 4 or 5 vehicles. Our group had 9 vehicles. A minor inconvenience nonetheless. Overall, our stay was fantastic & we made wonderful memories. We’ve been back home less than a week and are already planning to revisit next year!
An amazing experience! Amazing pool, with a beautiful scenery and everything was up to par! We had a great time as a family at such a beautiful place!
Great time! Everyone from 3 weeks to 79 had sonething to do. Loved that everyone had there own room w/ bathroom. The pool was great and the kids loved that we had a gator in our backyard daily.
everything was perfect i found where i would start booking my yearly trips through here it took a while to find a perfect kid friendly place and this is it 10/10
Fabulous house for a large group. We had our whole family with 8 children and 14 adults. The themed bedrooms for the kids were magnificent. The kids loved the game rooms as did the adults. The golf simulator room was a big hit for the guys. The chairs in the movie room were very comfortable. The Wifi was a bit slow and at times we could not get wifi upstairs. We called support and they responded quickly. Overall, a great experience and we would highly recommend this house.
The house was amazing, the staff even more friendly and helpful. The kids loved the kids room and the playing area. I tried to beat the 250 score on the basketball game but was only able to get 220. Over all this place is beautiful and amazing and stay here and you won't regret it...
Great expereince, spacious and roomy home. We cmdid have to purchase towels because there weren't enough for the number of people the house could hold and a couple of things were broken but maintenance was supportive. Great location and we would stay again
The accommodations were good at our stay at 1755 Oak Blossom Drive, Davenport. The entire area was clean, the HVAC worked properly. We began our stay with multiple smoke detectors chirping in the middle of the night…NOT GOOD! The parking was insufficient for the size home. The garage was converted into a game room and this took away parking space. No other parking was available to us and we were told that any part of a car on the street would get towed away at our expense. The oven failed to provide proper heat because the oven door wouldn’t close shut. 2 toilets had issues but maintenence came right away and repaired them. TV issues needed to be called into the management company. Better instructions on how to use the TVs would have been helpful. Not to mention that the remote for the main TV had to be aimed at the side of the tv and not the front, like most TVs. This was disturbing especially that we went hours without using the TV in the great room. The water in the hot tub completely drained down. A technician was called in and changed the actuator a couple of days later. Lastly, the range hood above the bbq was missing a knob, which made it difficult to turn unit on/off. The range hood also needs to be professionally cleaned for better suction and exhaust. Smoke accumulated and filled the patio area causing concern.
The most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed in it was easy to find and was close to everything my family had planned
Great experience! More than adequate accommodations!
My 7 day stay was AAAAAMAZING… the amenities was Off the Chain…. I ready to book another getaway.. the colors… the rooms… the kitchen… was grand… I wish I knew this the first time.. I AM SOLD
The place was a great size for the family. There were tons on amenities to keep everyone busy. But….many of the games had issues. The basketball, bowling alley, and air hockey were finicky and some times would work and sometimes wouldn’t. Also, one of the arcade games completely didn’t work, and the VR didn’t work at all. We had issues with the A/C almost the entire time there. The dryer downstairs didn’t dry clothes or towels. There were no cleaning items to wipe down counters, the fact they give you a few trash bags for such a large place for a week is a joke. Overall I enjoyed having the extras, but if they would have worked and the small things like the trash bags and such were just bothersome.
Besides our theater room not having volume to have a movie night w the kids and have accommodating thing like extra towels, rags, toilet paper and garbage bags, it was amazing the kids had an awesome time.
Our 11 bedroom home was amazing!! It was very, clean, comfortable, cozy, & cool. I’ve been telling all my family & friends about how lovely the community is, & how accommodating the concierge was while we stayed. Definitely will be back!!

Aug 07,2023House was great with its large principle rooms and themed children’s room. The large media room , game room and gold simulator gave everyone something to do inside while the pool provided outdoor activity. Bedrooms with TV’s was an asset. Exercise room a bonus and was used as too hot to run outside. Enjoyed the stay and using the large kitchen. Thank you.
