We were there with our family and it was very convenient to the Orlando attractions. we had plenty to do with the pool, hot tub, theatre room, arcade room and spacious living quarters. I have retired from work recently as a regional sales manager, andI could see this property as a team building location for a small sale or even manufacturing team. it has an amazing dining area that could easily be used as a conference room for meetings with team building activities after the meetings.

Jan 08,2022Five different families, 18 people fit comfortably into his house. Theater room was fabulous but would be nicer with some cozy throw blankets. No extra bed sheets but plenty of towels. The pool was great but have to pay extra for hot water in the hot tub. ?? All in all very spacious....it even has a high chair and pack n play for babies/toddlers! Great play room area, but all the TV remotes needing reprogramming to work properly. Generally speaking, a great house for multiple families.

Jan 03,2022This HOME, this RESORT, we could not ask for anything more! Our entire family ( party of 20) had enough space to not feel crowded, but we still felt together. The home was very clean & I am very picky !! all amenities were provided for , the customer service agents were reachable at any time we needed them (somehow we misplaced the broom), lol. We are from Indiana where our Christmases are very cold but we will establish a new tradition and we will be visiting Villatel resorts every year from now on.. no presents under the tree for us...

Dec 30,2021This was a great home for a large or extended family. We loved the kitchen and living room area. It was large enough for everyone to be together and the opening out to the pool was great. If you have more then two vehicles that would be a problem because the driveway will only hold two and you are not allowed to park on the streets but I believe there is additional parking elsewhere on the property.

Dec 30,2021We recently stayed here for a pre-Christmas get-a-way. We went with extended family and the house was a great size for all. We were able to all have bedrooms and the kids loved the themed rooms. In addition the theater room was a hit. We did have a slight issue with the bedding but that was quickly replaced. That is me reason for the 4 star review. Would recommend to any family looking for a place close to Disney.

Dec 27,2021House was really nice. Some place houskeeper forget previous guest smoke ass on pool area chair didn't clean really good. And common area bathroom door mataince person can’t be fix door lock till we are check out. No body can use they bathroom due to lock issue. We are staying few days. Someone told us if we are park car on road they are town our car. After next days our house to many car park on road they aren’t town their car. They have very big issue with security main road have every day we need to stay outside of resort 30 min on entry gate. If you want to go buy something on gas station stay on road 30min. Avoid this area one days come cups and resolve issue on road traffic.

Dec 09,2021House is amazing. nothing like it anywhere. Beautiful, spotless, fun, and activities all over house. Game room, pool, water basketball, pool, ping pong , theatre room and so much more. Amazing value, and no need to run to parks each day. WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE.

Dec 03,2021Came for family thanksgiving trip to disney with a lot of kids. the house was great. lots of games and activitis for the kids to play and keep themoccupied. poo, and jacuzzi were great and clean and comfortbale. the community pool area was also a lot of fun. great waterwslide for the kids, huge pool, snack bar for food, drinks, snacks, etc.

Nov 18,2021The house was very spacious and we loved the rooms, beds, and fun options. The kitchen was great and so was the pool area. The house was not clean upon arrival. The floors were not vacuumed nor were they mopped, there was ketchup on the walls going up the stairs and foundation makeup spilled all over one of the bedroom closet doors. The oven handle broke off the second night but it was fixed by maintenance. The house was requested to be cleaned during our stay but it never was. The kitchen utensils were old and flimsy and broke easily wherein I need to glue them back together.

Oct 29,2021Overall the house was great, plenty of room for everyone to spread out, second floor loft was great for the kids to play while the adults hung out downstairs. House was generally clean and in good condition. A few small issues cropped up while we were there and the management company handled them quickly. While there were plenty of plates/cups/silverware/etc for everyone, only down mark was that there was nothing in the cabinets for condiments/etc. Be sure to hit the store for salt/pepper, oil, the basics. 30 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to Disney, 5 minutes to Publix and restaurants. Be careful, I-4 is a parking lot in the area.

Oct 23,2021Came here for golfing and relaxation with friends. Definitely worth it! The resort has a great clubhouse and we went almost everyday. The host was very nice and helped us extend our stay by another 3 nights (we really liked it here!). Can't wait to rebook this again for the spring with Villatel.
