Sep 21,2024What can I say?! This place is an Aladdin’s have of the most beautiful pieces, I want them all!! Purchased the corner sofa and chair, then went back and purchased a large sheepskin and candle holders, all of the pieces are amazing and I will be back! An amazing place to visit with lovely staff who give you time to try each piece out. It’s my favourite place to visit. See you soon guys!

Sep 21,2024My whole experience from the warm welcome stepping into jowler mill to receiving my Oskar tetrad sofas 2 days ago has been fantastic, well worth the hour and a half trip from Lancaster to get there, I have definitely made the right choice and love my sofas, I had been looking to for a couple years but everything I had looked at was nice but not quite right, customer care was a big thing to me wondering if I had a problem after would I be looked after probably not with other companies but with vintage sofa company YES , but of course there were no issues and I’m really happy, I can’t help but tell the world about this place and advise anyone to go I won’t go anywhere else now and wish the owners and staff the best of luck, you really do deserve success thank you

Sep 21,2024Bought a beautuful sofa and cuddle chair from the Antique sofa co., online. My sons said they wouldn't drive me 4 hours to go and personally look so online it had to be.The dtaff were very helpful and when my sofas arrived I loved them. I intend to visit and stay in a hotel overnight so I can indulge myself.

The wonderfully warm welcome including fresh baking, the helpfulness and attentiveness of this family team and very personal service received cannot be beaten. Couple all this with the fact that you can see and sit on the sofas in a relaxed and beautiful setting make buying a sofa a wonderful experience. Thank you again x

Sep 19,2024Such a fantastic find! The Vintage Sofa Company is set in beautiful countryside and once you walk in you simply want to buy everything! Stunning pieces of furniture, artwork, chandeliers, the list is endless. We ordered a fabulous pink velvet sofa with matching footstool. The process was so easy and it arrived in no time. Beautifully made and looks even better than I imagined. Georgina was so helpful during our visit which also included some delicious homemade brownie. We will definitely return!

Sep 19,2024The showroom is a must. Fabulous brownies and decor to inspire. I could have spent all day in there. Very helpful staff with no hard sell. My two sofas are perfect. Very well made and delivered on time. Would highly recommend.

Sep 19,2024I have had an armchair for about 18 months. From the beginning, the legs did not sit straight, but my tile floor is not level, so I kept trying it in different places. But, not long ago, I noticed the legs were even more wonky. I rolled the sofa up and the legs fell off. I contacted the company, and they sent a technician who said the fixings had Ben put in backwards and the chair had always been unstable and in danger of dropping its legs. The company responded to me when they had the verdict, offering me an in stock in a different colour or a long wait of 8 - 10 weeks for a replacement. I have asked for my money back, but they won’t. They then agreed to give me a Milo chair instead, since it was the only one in stock in the green. I agreed, even though it is an x display. They then contacted me and said they made a mistake and thought I had paid more for my original chair and the difference in price meant they could not after all give me the Milo chair. So, they won’t refund and the replacement is not in a reasonable time, so I will have to seek advice about small claims court. It is disturbing to be treated this way. They say they want their customers to be happy, and they say their stock is built to,last a lifetime, so they should follow through.

Served coffee and brownies to die for and I mean die for. We’ve been three times and made a purchase every time. This place isn’t a shop it’s a personal experience.
