Sep 05,2024The sofa arrived in prompt time and looks fantastic. It’s really changed up the kitchen and it’s super comfy. The sales team were really helpful with sizing and colour queries on instagram DM. And it was a great price. Would highly recommend.

The sofa is beautiful, great quality and with an attractive sale price.Everyone who and seen and sat on my sofa love it too . The extended warranty is also very good value. I would definitely recommend this company and use it again too in teh future

Vintage Sofa Co.. are situated in an very old Yorkshire Mill..in beautiful Calderdale countryside Lluddenfoot near Halifax West Yorkshire.. No aggressive salespeople here! there’s just a lovely caring family wanting to advise correctly on furniture that will enhance your life and home. On a personal note, as a ex Kitchen Designer and retailer I so much admire your Customer service and business Skills, from entering your showrooms to the purchase faultless. Within today’s Difficult trading world.. your skilful social media team are so active. Bringing Jowler Mill to the potential clients via various platforms…and your videos ( stories) are so interesting and natural they are none scripted just a family member walking around describing the sofa’s and accessories plus tidying up as she goes along sometimes going off piste slightly … but this works! …. Sep 02,2024Excellent customer service, I was going back and forth for a few months trying to get a sofa that was the correct size and they never got fed up with me, so helpful professional and patient. Sofa is gorgeous and delivered within a week!!! Unbeatable. Will definitely be back for more.

Aug 27,2024Have to say,visiting Jowler Mill is like a kiddy in a sweet shop, don't know where to look first, so many amazing things to see and the setting is very picturesque. Have purchased a Howard chair and recently the new Wilbur sofa so love these pieces amazing. Will definitely be back to purchase again, can order online but I love to visit the Mill and look around. There is always a warm welcome waiting for you. Hope to be back soon, highly recommended. Thankyou.

Aug 10,2024I ordered some cushions several weeks ago. They arrived ahead of the expected time scale. Unfortunately when we got them home the colour palette on the cushions was not as expected. The Vintage Sofa Company understood and will issue a full refund. These people are a truly exceptional company - you should use them.

Aug 09,2024Delivery kept being delayed on the day and whilst furniture is lovely the cushions have poor filling and the bolster is not piped which makes it look cheap ( which it wasn’t) . Subsequently the vintage sofa company have been really helpful , they have contacted the manufacturer who has arranged a visit to my home and arranged for a piped bolster to be sent as a replacement. Thank you 🙏. I would recommend them And it’s good to support a small company.
