Aug 08,2024Who knew shopping for a new sofa could be so enjoyable? We didn’t until we discovered Vintage Sofa Company. Well worth driving 90 mins to see what they had to offer. Unique showroom, unbelievable setting (you would never believe it was down the track but trust your sat nav) and 5 star treatment when you arrive. Unrivalled choice of sofas and fabrics and not silly prices. Jake looked after us throughout our visit. Gave us tea and fresh coffee and homemade cakes to start, then took time to understand what it was we were looking for in terms of style, size, fabric, firmness. Would definitely recommend everyone at Vintage Sofa Company. Thank you for your service and we love the choices you helped us make.

And they chose so well I immediately ordered a second when the first arrived. Delivery was swift and the guys were lovely. Definitely recommend this company. Beautiful products and great advice, but also the communication afterwards regarding transport and other details was exceptionally good. Vintage Sofa set the standard when it comes to customer orientation, friendliness, and information.

Aug 05,2024My husband and I had a trip out to the Vintage Sofa Company showroom and from the moment we entered we were treated to some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. We were given a tour around the mill, given coffee and cake and then wandered around the showroom to try and take in all the amazing furniture and home accessories. We eventually found the dream sofa - the Marnie. It was everything a sofa should be, squishy, stylish, deep and so comfortable I could have fallen asleep on it there and then! We ordered the sofa immediately along with the matching footstool. We had a long chat with Katy who was so lovely, we explained we were having work done to the house and we weren’t sure when the house would be ready for a sofa. She explained that if the sofa was ready before our renovation was completed, they would store the sofa for us at no extra cost until we were ready for it. The sofa was handmade to order but the price was around the same as the high street stores which we couldn’t believe! The whole experience was fabulous, even my husband who doesn’t like shopping at all, absolutely loved it! Katy even gave him a sheepskin as she had seen him stroking one while we were filling out the paperwork!! The communication afterwards was really good, several emails telling us the status of our order and phone calls when our sofa was ready. On the day of delivery we were kept up to date on the journey and the men who delivered it were very helpful and efficient. It’s now in our home and it looks amazing, it’s stylish and amazingly comfortable. We will definitely go back to the mill and treat ourselves to more of the wonderful items from vintage sofa company. We have told all our friends and family how much we would recommend this wonderful place. Thank you to Katy and all the team.

Aug 02,2024We ordered the 1 and 2 seater selfridge union jack sofas, they arrived when we were told they would, the delivery guys were really helpful. Top star dealing with Vintage sofas from order to completion. The sofas themselves are ABSOLUTLEY STUNNING, BEAUTIFUL, and fantastic quality. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Aug 01,2024I was looking for a leopard print sofa...but I wanted it to be classy and traditional and a statement piece. Vintage Sofa Co kept coming up on my search so I decided to drive to the showroom to see for myself. I fell in lovely with it instantly - Oskar in gold leopard. Looks amazing and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I have since purchased the matching cushions.

Jul 31,2024We love the Vintage Sofa Company. We are ultra fussy, and were concerned about ordering big items on line. However the before and after sales is fantastic, dedicated people for you to get the right product for you. We were so impressed with the sofa we bought, we decided to go to their showroom. We were greeted there with coffee and cake. There is no hard sell, we spent a long time there soaking up the wonderful pieces. We bought another sofa and a few lamps. The couriers were so respecful and communicated with us, letting us know when they were going to arrive, unpacking every item carefully. Love every piece. Would love to go back. Anyone popping down from Scotland with a spare seat. I could help with a tour of the showroom. I am beginning to know them so well. Truly an extended family business affair with well picked products and designs from Moma Bear!

Jul 31,2024I had to visit from London as I had to see before I bought my sofa and chairs. The staff greeted me, made me feel at home and gave me a coffee and cake, no hard sale, it’s not needed as everything in their amazing showroom is top quality. I was free to spend as much time as I wanted and oh I wanted to stay for a week. I love everything about this place and company. The staff were so lovely. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now and I’m so happy with my gorgeous furniture that I highly recommend a visit and guarantee you won’t find this quality anywhere else. The accessories are also so beautiful and stylish. Go, you won’t be disappointed
