Apr 02,2025From choosing sofa to delivery was ok. At first was apprehensive ordering on line with out seeing the product ..but the product arrived, possibly a little darker than I thought bad obviously the sofa was photos with flash lights I guess ! I waited several weeks as expected which was no problem, but was not given the statutory 5 days notice 😳😳 was given the next day which threw me into a panic ..however I managed to! Delivery was all good, drivers were respectful and did a good job . Now I’m just trying the dress the furniture to fit into my designs x x

We drove down from Aberdeen and spent a wonderful few hours mesmerised by the shop and looked after impeccably by Kate and the whole team but in particular by Jonny who was a helpful and patient as you could possibly wish for. I would give them six stars if I could.

Ella looked after us, she showed us everything and every option that helped us make our decision, we was treated to tea and cake and made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend the VSC and am looking forward to receiving my sofa.

My purchase was online as I am in London, the sofa I saw was exactly what I had been looking for but I had questions regarding size, comfort, colour etc. I called and spoke to Katy who then video called me to show me the sofa and fabric samples as if I were in the store. We had a chat about the style of my house and whether it was the right shape, colour etc. After a couple of issues with the delivery company regarding the delivery date, which was swiftly sorted by Katy, the sofa arrived within a week of ordering and I fell in love with it straight away! So happy, Katy’s level of customer service was second to none and I have subsequently purchased another item on their website. My now favourite place to go to for complementing my home with some fabulous statement pieces. Thank you!

Mar 18,2025I ordered another sheepskin for my new sofa as the last two I ordered where amazing quality and size . Unfortunately this time with this double sheepskin I was really disappointed ! Quality was still fair but it was considerably smaller then the other two . totally understand that these sheepskins are not handmade and come from sheep but looks like substandard in comparison sadly :((

Mar 17,2025Good experience & final outcome. Website wasn’t clear. Ordered what we thought was the correct chair but the colour was incorrect relating to the picture on the website. Very pleased that the item was exchanged & was replaced with little fuss. We are very happy & pleased with the quality & plus would consider future purchases. It was a shame we had to pay for re-delivery for the incorrect supplied original chair but overall would definitely recommend this business to a friend.

Lovely Sophie helped us pick 2 sheepskins, our Marnie and Oskar sofas, as well as a large art print, moose head and candelabra. Money well spent, I love everything! Mar 13,2025I am giving this 4 stars due to the process not so much the product. We ordered two bespoke Tetrad sofa's in September 2024 and the sales process was simple and seamless. However, we have only just recieved what we ordered this week, 4th March 2025. The sofas were orginally delivered before Christmas but we had asked and paid extra for leather back and sides but when they arrived this had not been done. Not the fault of VSC but in theory they had unpacked the sofas in their warehouse and checked them prior to dispatch and not noticed. We were asked if we would keep them for a discount but having said no VSC did sort out with Tetrad getting the right ones made. These were delivered last week, well one was and then a few days later the other one. Seems there was a mix up with the logistics. While we have what we ordered finally I think the whole process was a lot harder than it should have been. I love the sofas but I do think VSC could have been more pro-active in the resolution although we got there in the end.
