Sep 12,2023Fabulous experience from start to finish. From visiting the mill to delivery & aftercare, Vintage Sofa Co have been fantastic. Fab choices of furniture, amazing customer service both in store & online & by phone. Nothing is too much trouble. Attention to detail is fab, great pieces at good prices. Can’t recommend Vintage Sofa Co enough. No sales pressure, plenty time to choose pieces - and you’ll need it it’s a huge place ( I was there 3 hours). Oh, and great cake 🙂

Sep 05,2023Such a lovely place to shop in a beautiful setting. A huge choice of Settees chairs rugs lights and much more in fabulous styles and colours. The service was excellent. A warm welcome when you walked in. The delivery was amazing very well organised and still the excellent service continued.

Aug 25,2023We visited yesterday - drove 3.5 hrs to get there and wow was it worth it. Fabulous people and great choice of furniture and high quality. Proper family run business, people who really care. Served tea and coffee and delicious cakes. Nothing was too much trouble. I would 100% recommend visiting even if that’s an 8 hr round trip in our case. The location is amazing too ! We are thrilled with our sofas ♥️

We live in the North East of Scotland and struggle sometimes to get English companies even to deliver to us. We were kept informed with the delivery when it was going to arrive right up to the night before. The quality of our sofas are just brilliant. We have had so many lovely comments from friends. I can't wait to order again.

Super responsive and helpful with all of my queries, kept us up to date with the progress and then couldn’t have been more accommodating when we needed to finish painting before taking delivery. The quality of both the sofa and footstool is exceptional and oh my goodness the sofa is ridiculously comfy. This will not be the last time we buy from vintage sofa company !! Thank you 🙏

Aug 17,2023What a fantastic buying experience this was, if only all businesses were more like this one. Huge display of beautiful quality sofas in lovely old mill. Katy has such an eye for design and colour and is so friendly and helpful without being pushy. She knows her business very well and has got it so right. On top of all this the price point on the sofa we chose was HUGELY better than the store 2 hours closer to where we live. Well worth a visit....coffee and traybake to boot....what more can we say!

Aug 17,2023Travelled from Edinburgh to visit this store. It is amazing! Staff are super friendly and helpful, not pushy at all. The furniture is excellent and the lay out of the store is second to none. I could have bought lots of pictures, lamps, rugs but sadly the budget didnt stretch that far. Tea and traybakes are a lovely touch.

Aug 14,2023I bought a velvet accent egg chair, ordered it online. It arrived pretty fast. It looked good, but wasn’t very comfortable, and I only used it occasionally. Just over a year old and the metal which attached the chair to the legs gave way, and it collapsed. Their offer was to send a technician to repair it at totally my cost as it’s out of warranty. I would never recommend buying from this company. Their customer service sucks as do their products.

Aug 13,2023Amazing family run business, the quality of the furniture is outstanding for what you pay, I purchased a 4 seater, a cuddle chair, a chesterfield style single chair and a large footstool all in navy, I also purchased a tripod lamp & a Westminster wall clock that lights up, & a hare ornament, I love my livingroom & first time I can say I’m happy & content with how it looks, it was delivered on the arranged day & can’t fault the company at all, they go above & beyond & their customer service is second to none, will definitely be a returning custome ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Aug 09,2023What a fantastic experience buying our sofas was. The Vintage Sofa company offers a fantastic and unique setting to show of their fantastic range of products . The staff are down to earth , friendly and so knowledgable about each and every sofa …all without the usual high street sales push. To say we are delighted with our two sofas would be an understatement…. We can highly recommend a visit to view your next sofas …time it right and there are coffees and cakes 🍰 . Fantastic!!!

Aug 08,2023The Mill is the nicest furniture showroom I have been to. I could literally just sit in there all day. The furniture is beautiful and lots of choice for all tastes. I went with my husband and children and we were made to feel so welcome. We were not rushed into any decisions and lots of options were discussed. We chose the Jasper range and added accessories. Our room wasn’t finished so our furniture was stored for us until we were ready. I contacted afterwards for a rug and tv cabinet. Very helpful with being sent photos and adding them onto my delivery for no additional charge. Delivery was on the day of our choice, we were contacted by phone with a time and these were put directly in our room. I am so pleased with the furniture it’s all just perfect. A fabulous family business and we definitely recommend, no one could be disappointed.

Aug 06,2023Knowledgable, friendly and helpful from the moment I contacted Georgina on messenger. We viewed the store online and had a couple of questions about the furniture we liked, we received a reply within no time (on a Sunday evening!). We were informed the range was on display in the showroom so decided to drive the 2 hours from home and are so glad we did. The showroom is a wonderful old mill in a beautiful part of Yorkshire, Jackie greeted us and we were instantly made to feel welcome with complementary hot drinks and home bakes which were delicious. Jackie showed us around and invited us to look around on our own, absolutely no hard sales or pushy sales people. The showroom is full to the brim of amazing British made furniture and accessories, luckily we were set on our chosen sofa. I can’t recommend these guys enough and can’t wait for our furniture to arrive and although I don’t expect any problems I am confident any issues will be dealt with immediately.

Aug 06,2023With great customer service from this small family business makes your visit all the more enjoyable, and complimentary coffee and cake to welcome you. Jowler Mill is an amazing place, with plenty of beautifully displays of furniture and decor. All great quality with lots of quirky stuff you cant buy elsewhere. I have visited several times to buy furniture for my home traveling nearly 100 miles to get there but its so worth it. I would definately recommend this business.

Sep 19,2023I live in Cornwall so was unable to visit the showroom and made a choice of a new sofa online which for me felt quite risky. I spoke to a lovely guy on the phone who made me feel safe in proceeding with my order and sent a swatch of the colour( deep bright pink!). It arrived a week later with a friendly and helpful delivery team. We are thrilled and visitors have all commented . It is in a busy kitchen area with dogs and children . The covers are all removeable so can be washed a the company offers after care too. I've already recommended Vintage Sofa to others . Great service at a good price . Thank you
