The staff was polite and very knowledgeable they were able to point me in the right direction... because of all that I now have an amazing setup by vivosun without killing my pockets ... I'm half way through my season and my 4×4 is packed wall to wall with beautiful lush green leaves as big as my hand... definitely appreciate the quality of the products .. I won't go to any other grow company... I LOVE WHAT I GROW.

Apr 12,2025I was excited about being able to get my first pro tent ever I was excited about growing inside for the first time ever starting out flowers first time ever didn’t know Jack about him, but I’d sure do now anyway when I got my package, it was too late after I ordered it. I thought I had ordered the package that were. Everything was Wi-Fi. The area asked the light T4 smart Wi-Fi in line fan on the humidifier. I don’t remember anyway what I got was the 2 x 7 x 2 x 7 x 63“ grow tent but just your variable speed adjusted 4 inch fan of VS 1500 white LED grow light no when I thought to controller came with it it did not come with it so I had to go and make extra purchases on that stuff so I’ve I’ve spent plenty of money with vevo son over 1000 easy pudding together was rather easy. It’s not rocket science the hardest part was probably which way you wanted to vent your air exhaust, sucking in or out either way so I had to go order the controller. I ordered the camera. I ordered the new Areas ST4 in my fan. I kept the variable in line fan and use that as an intake for my bottom, I have the H05 smart Wi-Fi humidifier, which tells you when the water is low alsoHumidIfier, and I have my little dehumidifier in there that I purchased from y’all as well so I bought the kit which came with the variable in-line drive the VS 1500 light. I really wish it was a bigger one yeah humidifier the dehumidifier the camera, the new in-line fan clippers the meters houses ductwork I’ve had to go out and buy new search chargers to help with the heating of electric electricity and trying to spread the power around. Overall, everything is gone well except for some few hiccups here and there like trying to purchase orders and they wind up showing up late or trying to get a hold of her person to talk to. That’s pretty hard. I never accomplished that I take that back once I did and then like five minutes later, I told it they were closed to call back on Monday. They have insurance to stay in touch with me and work this out which is which is good. they’re good people. It seems to be they say they try to help you one to two days but it’s longer than that I guess because of how busy they are, but they need to rectify that situation. Shouldn’t have to wait all day to talk to somebody. All I know is if I can get my e42 overnighted and free of charge would be great. That’s a very important piece of eq it runs everything.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Apr 12,2025The tent overall is pretty easy to set up and doesn't require a lot of time to set up. I was happy that the frame is made of metal, aluminum I think, instead of plastics that could break over time or even break in transit. The tent canvas does require at least 2 people to get on the frame and depending on size, could require 3 people total but once it was in place, it was easier to zip everything shut and close it up. I chose to leave the divider out and the 4x3 space of the tent provided sufficient room to where I can add more things. It came packed neatly and the items were labeled with the letters and smaller parts were in their own packaging/baggies that were labeled accordingly which definitely made the building process stress free. So far my vegetables are doing great and it is doing an excellent job of maintaining the temperature for my plants needs as well as humidity. The inline fan did come with a filter but the replacement filters that you will eventually need are not bad price wise. They included that tape they use for ventilation for the venting setup which came in handy and the different duct openings around the tent seal closed from the inside and outside. I'm happy with the complete tent kit and will definitely look into larger sized tents in the future.

Apr 11,2025This product gives you a lot of bang for the buck, but has its issues too. 1) The light bars get too hot for the plastic cover, so you smell melting plastic. This was solved by taping a small piece of wood horizontally across the top of the light channel, and then rest the lights on that. 2) The seed tray is one piece. This makes removal a little harder than if they were in groupings of six. I like that it is a complete package: lights, drip tray, seed tray, cover.
