Apr 14,2025Overall Quality is very Good. The delivery was done in Production packaging so all my neighbors know now that I am a grower. As well I bought a whole set from the VIVOSUN guys and everything was shipped seperatly( tent to scissor) The only product im Not happy with is the wire for low Stress Training. It does Not compaire at all with the other Qualities of the set. Smart System is very handy with the App! Greatings from Germany ( as I Said at First „all good Quality“)

Apr 14,2025I received the wrong size filters and requested a refund. Sent them a picture with a tape measure across it and still they request more information. I also was told things were being delivered that I ordered for clones and had a date of last Monday. Monday I cut my clones and prepped them only for my delivery to change to the next day, then the next day, then the next day and I lost my clones. Shipping was a nightmare and my wife had to hem the filters so I could use them. Edit after response: VivoSun asking for more information that they already have. Obviously the packing says they sent 6 inch filters but what was in the package was not. Hence the picture i sent with a measuring tape showing how big they were. The only identification on the filters is the tag that says VivoSun. No worries VivoSun. I will just start ordering from elsewhere where. Haven’t had any issues out of AC Infinity. Losing a be customers money ain’t a big deal. However, how many more people do I know?

Apr 13,2025I have made many purchases from Vivosun. I have now purchased the 100 watt, 200 & 400 watt lights with circulation fans. I also use computer settings and the fantastic grow App. I have used every type of grow light in the past 40 years and I rate Vivosun lights at the top.

Apr 13,2025I like the product but there wasn't any mention of needing a y adapter to hook up both fans to the grow hub controller and yes both fans can be controlled independently but have to have a y adapter to hook both up to the grow hub controller. I do like the fans tho.
