Apr 17,2025Experienced some issues with equipment kess than 7 months old and had to somewhat argue a little for them to honor the warranty. They did on all accounts and even sent a gift pack to me for the issues I endured. To me this meant quite a bit on their business and in my opinion showed they understood the problem and we're sorry it took a little more effort and my part. That is stand up to me.👍 as an FYI I may be off on the date by a few weeks or days.

The ease of reordering the same product worked out great. We didn't have to try to figure out what was already purchased. We plan on ordering again and recommending the products with family and friends.

I also ordered an additional item that I really didn't need, and VivoSun gave me no trouble when I asked if I could return it. They took such good care of me. I give them top rating, and my plants are doing SO WELL. This was my first time starting seeds indoors. GREAT experience!

Apr 16,2025The products are great. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the way my packages shipped. I ordered 11 total items and they were shipped with 4 different carriers and arrived over several different days. Everything was shipped as viviosun said it would be and arrived on time. I would definitely recommend them for the products.

Apr 16,2025The magnetic clips/housing that holds the lights up/attached to tent through magnets gave out with in 2 days of use in my tent. Luckily I caught it fairly quickly before any permanent damage was done to plants, tent, or the lights or so I thought the 2 sections out of the 4 daisy chained lights are dim it could have been from when they hit the floor of the tent due to the failure of the magnet housing. I own a lot of VIVOSUN products too. The customer service department was quick to send out replacement housings but that’s it.
