Apr 16,2025Love the Vivosun products. Have gotten the 5×10 tent package with lights and carbon filter. It is working great and I believe all the products work well together. I would like to see a self watering system. I have the wicking pots. They are good, be side, the plant only uses what you need.

Apr 15,2025This company has zero customer service ability. Trying to get a simple light replaced that arrived broken and it like pulling teeth. I'm getting ignored and passed around for over a week. I will not be using this pathetic company any more. I'll be switching all of my equipment to a more reputable company. Awful business practices, they'll take the money and be more than happy to leave you hanging.

Apr 15,2025I bought the Vivosun greenhouse heater and a new Vivosun thermostat controller. The first night that I had it hooked up, the thermostat failed. Over 100 tomato and pepper plants from my indoor grow tent went out into the greenhouse yesterday. They were all healthy and about 12 inches tall. Had the minimum temp set to 55 F. on the thermostat controller. (Yes, I set it correctly. I have used these controllers for years with heat mats.) Everything seemed to be working fine last night before I went to bed. This morning, I woke up to a greenhouse full of half dead plants and a temperature of 30 F in my greenhouse. HEARTBREAKING. The heater works fine if I bypass the thermostat. The thermostat just wont kick the heater on anymore, no matter what temperature I set it at. BUYER BEWARE!

The packaging was very nice and products work great. Here for my second round of purchases now and having the same experience. Having a place like Vivosun to help me with all of my gardening needs is essential to me. Thanks for being a company that provides the service and quality the gardening community needs and deserves.
