Everything arrived promptly, and without issue, and I immediately hooked the Flash 1500 up and tested it under minor and major loads. It performed flawlessly. I'm looking forward to a great many years camping with this power station and serving as our household emergency backup. With the solar charging they offer, this station can keep critical household items operating for quite a while

May 09,2024I originally gave a 1 star review, as I thought at the time I was being scammed. The issue with this company is the customer service email seems to be from China. The emails are unprofessional looking. Which is disconcerting. There was an issue with the Jump1500X as the solar panel (also a VTOMan) was not compatible, basically it was too powerful, so it blew the JUMP 1500X. I complained and at first said it was my fault and then I pointed that on their website they said it was compatible. Once they accepted this the agreed to refund me once I sent the Jump1500 X back. Within a couple of days they refunded, which was good. It's a shame that their website made me buy the wrong solar panel as I think I would have been very happy with the Jump1500X. So maybe next time I will buy it. they are genuine company, and I hope their business expands. Hence why this is a 3 star review.

May 04,2024I’ve had it for two weeks charged a few items, so all fine. I then purchased VTOMAN 200 W solar panels as soon as I plugged them in, it blew the power station (1500X). Completely dead ruined my bank holiday weekend. No way of contacting the company to arrange return. Do not deal with this company. They say they are American based but clearly they are Chinese. I’m sure i won’t get any money back from them. If I did I will say so here, still very very angry as this broken piece of equipment.

Secondly, the prices; VTOMAN gave tremendous discounts on all of their products and then back them up with superior customer service. (there was a slight miscommunication on my part when ordering, but customer service immediately correct the small error and sent me a dolly for my Jump 1000 as a show of support.

Apr 26,2024Auto shut off feature is garbage when you want to run a 12v fridge. Unacceptable to have to be paranoid about it shutting my fridge off whenever it feels like it. Return and refund are a hassle, I won't buy more Vtoman. Glad I didn't buy the extender battery too only to be crapped on by the auto off feature.

Apr 26,2024After research l decided upon this unit based upon Total Combined Amphrs, Recharge Time utilizing Solor vs. Wall plug. I've been using it now for two years, Full Time 24/7/365. Its been great. I run my Frig/Freezer (24/7) TV, computer, lights, waterpump, shower pump. It's great on a cold day or night it runs my 400watt heater without any issues.

Apr 24,2024I bought the vtoman x7 with air compressor,and a jump starter,4250 amp, portable car starter,I bought it on january 10,2024 now I used it today april 23, 2024 for the first time, went to put air on my car tires, and all of the sudden on my second tire,a bunch of smoke started coming out , it got fried,no idea why, now I cannot use it, went up in smoke,the bad thing now is that I got it on amazon,and you only get a 30 day refund, after the 30 days, there is nothing you can do,I'm sad and disappointed, I'm still trying to see if I can get atleast another one, I'm pretty much sure they will not refund me,I'm still having trouble looking for someone to help me, 😢

Apr 23,2024So to start with, I bought this flashspeed 1500 to go overlanding and power my refrigerator and canopy camper. I tested it when I received it to see how long I could go running my refrigerator without charging it. After 84 hrs it was still at 24%, far exceeding my expectations. My plan is to add 400w of solar to it also. No problem I will be 100% off grid at that point. If you have any thin 400w panels for an camper to that you want me to try, I'll review those also! Great product!

Apr 19,2024Purchased a VTOMAN 1500X. The first one had a fault of much less capacity - plotted charts and provided data to show only ~34% of it's indicated capacity. It was replaced by VTOMAN. The replacement however, has some serious issues when placed under a medium amount of load. Videoed the issue and VTOMAN acknowledged the issue. However, when i requested a refund after having two faulty units, they have stopped responding or acknowledging me. I just want to return the faulty item and get a refund and move on. Edit: The e-mail address provided by the responder below bounces. I have tried "contact" email address multiple times without ever getting a reply. Edit: VTOMAN replied once on the 25th April saying they will look into it. I have followed up multiple times since without a response.

It has been utterly atrocious, characterized by appalling service and unprofessional behavior. I placed an order on your website a last month , and it still hasn't been delivered, with no explanation or notification of delay provided. I am left baffled as to whether this is incompetence on your part or just sheer negligence. Attempts to contact customer service have been futile, with no response or useful information regarding the status of my order. This gross neglect and disregard for your customers clearly show that you do not care about customer satisfaction or your reputation. Frankly, there is no reason for me to ever deal with your store again after this horrendous experience. I will share my experience with everyone I know and strongly urge them to avoid doing business with you. I hope you realize the damage you've caused to your reputation and work on improving your service if you hope to stay in this industry.

Apr 17,2024FlashSpeed 1500. Product performs! The design is excellent. It powers AC tools and pumps which is why I bought it. Don't know how it would do with my frig in a power outage. It charges very quickly. However, I do have some suggestions. Make the display brighter and/or tiltable. It is hard to read on ground level and outdoors. Make the travel case with an additional zippered front panel that provides access to the front of the unit. The sides can be mesh for airflow. This way it won't need to lifted out of the case. Provide an option to buy it with the car jumper cable and offer a 10' extension cable. Put information on how to use this output in the manual. There is none at this time. I would buy another one that is even smaller capacity provided it was significantly lighter. Weight is a necessary evil inherent with battery capacity.

Also spent all that money on generators that won’t power the item I purchased it for (jump 1800 plus extra battery to power portable AC for camping with special needs). Disappointed and wasted my money

May 22,2024Unpacking the Jump 1800 took longer than setting it up. To set up the VTOMAN Solar Generator was so quick and easy that I thought there must be missing instructions. 15 minutes after unpacking I was charging from the wall, powering my modem, router, and 12v UHF/CB/WX receiver. It was fully charged in about an hour and is 100.99% 24 hours later Kudos to VTOMAN for making complex technology simple.
