Jun 19,2024No response from emails. No update on delivery schedule. Links to social media doesn’t work. The pages don’t exist. The phone number doesn’t work. Unable to cancel my order as the lines of communication are appalling. Avoid at all costs and but an Anker or Jackery instead..

Jun 12,2024I was happy to have received the VTOMAN 1800 within 6 days. The unit is complete with accessories. Just tested it last week for just 15 minutes. Testing went well so far. Today I tested it with photo and brief video as requested.

Jun 11,2024So far so good. The flash charge is very fast way better than the vtoman 1800 that I got last year. I haven't tried solar charging due to not having an Anderson connector.

Ich wurde kurz angeschrieben. Angeblich finder man meine Bestell Nr nicht. Trotz Orginal Rechnung die ich habe ?.....Dann kam wieder keine Anwort.....Ich habe sogar den Grund der Kurzschlüsse euch genannt die immer wieder passieren.Ich bot an einfach die neue Platine mir zu schicken und ich lasse Sie einbauen. Aber wenn man nicht will dann nicht. Es wird sich wieder nicht gemeldet.... Sry aber Ihr wollt nicht helfen und schreibt das geholfen wird.......Ein Fall für den Anwalt.....mir reicht es....hab es wie viele im guten Versucht. Schade das man Kontakt oder unsinnige Antworten die einem nicht weiterhelfen erst hier bekommt.

Jun 01,2024This must be the worst company I have had to deal with, I did finally receive my order which I would have cancelled had I been able to contact vtom but they ignored my emails. They still keep asking me to buy the solar generator even though I already bought one from them. I doubt very much that the guarantee will be honored if they do not acknowledge that you have bought from them and ignore your emails. All of the people on you tube are influencers and all were given this solar generator do not fall for the sales patter and the cheap price like I did, if it seems to good to be true then it is. vtoman have offered to give me a mystery coupon but as I can not contact them then this is just another way to make themselves look good on Trustpilot. They keep saying contact them but they are still ignoring me they are crooks.

May 29,2024The Vito man jumped 1800 and flash 1500 or fantastic. I am too jump 1800 with four extra battery and a flash 1500 with two extra batteries. They were fantastic. I couldn’t be happier.

May 24,2024Ordered a Vtoman Jump 1500x on June 2023: Ordered on June 26, 2023 Order# 113-8763971-3625011 First problem I had was when the unit would show around 35% charge it would suddenly die. I contacted through email customer service and they told me they needed a video which I’m not sure how to do that. I replied, asking more information, which they never got back to me. Now the unit will not take a charge. It is showing 0% charge or it is showing low, but it won’t charge up anymore. Just yesterday it was at 40% and I only plugged a tablet into it for about 30 minutes and now it’s dead. I need help. I called the 888-818-9811 number on your website and it just said no customer service available and automatically hung me up. Please help I have already sent an email to contactatvtoman.com I just want to update my review. Vtoman Contacted me and sent me out a totally new unit that works exactly like it should. They also emailed me a label so that I can return my older unit back to them free of charge. I also received an email after the new unit was delivered asking me if I got the unit and everything is fine with it. I am so glad that this company made things right for me and I am very happy with my experience with Vtoman. Things will break down, but if the company can stand behind their merchandise and help when things are not working like they are supposed to then that is worth five stars in my opinion. Thanks again for a great experience and very happy to update my review.
