Now I can say that I am satisfied with my purchase. There were some altercations but they were resolved. The product, in my case the Flash speed 1500, is of excellent quality and works very well. I only give it 4 stars because the customer service left me believing it would be better, but I would buy again.
Finally got the solar panel delivered, 5 days after the generator was delivered. I sent 7 emails asking when it was going to be delivered and did not get a reply. A reply would have eased my worries as to whether I was going to receive the solar panel.
I need help I only got the solar panels Saturday and the rest is not yet delivered.
I am actually trying to buy thier product but I’m a little confused as the actual product bundle I want shown in a picture on their website doesn’t seem to be their to buy???? I have emailed, Facebook messaged but no answer from them, there is only 2 days left so I see if the Black Friday offers, if they don’t reply I will miss out 🤷🏼♂️🙈 :-(
Got my Jump 1800 and everything worked great. I tested out every port on different appliances, and now I'm almost looking forward to the power going out. I'm looking forward to years of reliability out of both my power stations as I also have the 1500 Jump as well.
Power station was delivered on time.
Purchased a vtoman power pack and it failed after 6 weeks. Customer service is ignoring me. I will now have to proceed with trading standards. If anyone from vtoman would like to contact me to rectify the problem feel free UPDATE: still no replacement. I have had to delay my travelling as I’m waiting on this replacement power pack. I also had to pay £15 to send it back. Update: after 4 months they have now just started ignoring me and they have the broken power pack. Last email from them was 4 weeks ago
Excellent product but horrible customer service.. i placed an order on 11/12 and have sent 5 emails over the last 6 days and no responce requesting a shipment date but no responce
LOOKS LIKE A SCAM . They pretend to be a UK company with fast delivery. They take the payment then say not in stock. I cancelled the order immediately as it would not arrive before I needed it. They send an email to tell me it has shipped despite me telling them clearly to not ship. They then email to say do not accept the parcel and they will refund immediately. I did what they said and now they have not refunded me and have stopped answering the emails I sent. I am now having to go through my credit card company for a chargeback. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DEFINETELY WORTH CHECKING THE FACEBOOK PAGE.
I finally received my order yesterday, 11/19 ; first order placed on 10/24. I realized that my order wasn't what I wanted exactly and I contacted customer service. I was told the order was already shipped and I would need to "refuse" at door, have it shipped back then I would be provided a link for new order difference. Customer service was bad; most of my emails weren't answered on a average of 3-5 days. The product, looks like it will be nice, time will tell. The ordering process I experienced was not good.
My power station doesn’t work at all, I tried charging it for hours and it doesn’t charge or turn on. I reached out to customer service for the last few days and still no response. Don’t know what else to do.

Worst company every in my entire life. Faulty goods in July . Now November and no refund on faulty goods sent back 3 months ago. They have my money and no goods. Avoid these thieves. And don't be fooled by the a hole who defends the company on here. Total bullshit. Edit How dare you come on here and answer within 24 hours whilst you ignore every email sent and haven't replied in months. You complete moron. You only have a email and no other way to contact and you don't reply. You know who I am and you had the faulty goods back months ago but so far have not refunded me.so instead of spouting shite on here why don't you refund me
Received Jump 1800 that was broken out of the box. AC outlets would not work. Nearly impossible to contact support. It takes 5 days for them to answer my emails. Dirung that period, the Jump charger (or the Jump itself) would no longer charge. 2 1/2 weeks ahve gone by and still trying to get them to send me RMA for a refund...not a replacement. I will update review with final resolution. At this point I cannot recommend them at all.
I only wish you would list all that comes in the kit.
My VTOMan customer experience has been horrible. Don't buy from this company as there is no user support. Here's my experience. I will update if things change. I bought through their official channel on eBay and received a defective charger. This by itself is not the end of the world as a secondary charger could work, and so I contacted their customer support team through their eBay store on July 7th 2024 and I sent over a video of the defect at their request. They told me that they would replace the Jump1800 but required the entire unit to be sent back. I asked if they could just send the charger as the charger was the only thing that seemed defective, but they insisted EVERYTHING must be returned. So I packaged the entire Jump1800 up and sent it back to VTOMan's warehouses using the FedEx label VTOMan provided. This is where things went downhill horribly. - My FedEx tracking shows that the unit was returned and VTOMan confirmed that the unit was returned and said they'd get a replacement unit out to me. - I reached out again as to the status of the return, but this time was told that now they did not have any Jump1800 in stock and as soon as they had a replacement they would ship it. - I reached out again a few weeks later and this time VTOMan said had no vision on when any additional Jump1800 would be in stock and they offered me either to wait for the replacement or get my money back. I indicated I needed the replacement as I'm a small business and I use the unit for conventions and that I could wait until later in the year (when the next convention was). - I reached out to them again about 2 months after the initial return and customer service again indicated that they did not have any Jump1800. I pressed them about that claim as I saw that they were still selling Jump1800 and why one of those couldn't be shipped and they didn't respond. - Since then I have reached out every couple weeks to the company to try to get updates and they have not responded. I then called their customer support line listed on their website (ending in 9811) and was given just music before it just hung up on me. No voicemail mind you. - A person from VTOMan finally contacted me the day after I called - seemingly they get your number and call back? It was from a different number than the one on their customer support page - ending in 1805. It was over 90 days now since the item was returned. The person on the phone looked up all the information, the FedEx number, the eBay Order number, and said that they didn't know why things weren't shipped and that they had to forward this issue to VTOMan China and that someone from that division would contact me within 48 hours. - It has been over 7 days now since the phone call and I have not heard from VTOMan and it has been just shy of 100 days since the item was returned and 125 days since the start of the return process. - I called up VTOMan's customer support number - the one that used to play music and then hang up on you - and now it just hangs up. I am left reaching out to VTOMan over Twitter with no response there as well. Unless something drastically changes in the experience, this is the worst shopping experience I have had bar none. 11/15/2024 Update: I would like to point out that I reached out to the email listed below in the Trustpilot reply on October 31st 2024 in an attempt to contact the VTOMan team. This attempt was prior to the Trustpilot review and subsequent reply. I heard nothing back from the initial inquiry. Based on the reply below from VTOMan, I also re-reached out to that same email on the same thread November 14th per the instruction below from VTOMan. I am awaiting a reply now and will give it a few days. If anything changes, I will update this review. Lastly I also tried contacting customer support at the 1805 number. The number is apparently shared between a few companies so even though the representative said that they were for Ooloo - (not sure what that company is or if I heard them correctly or spelled that company right), that they also handle VTOMan support. The representative indicated again to give their team a bit more time as they need to look into the matter and also will be trying to figure out why no one has contacted me via email (even checked spam and trash).
I encountered bait-and-switch pricing with VTOMAN. Just look at the price swings—they really tell the whole story! A reputable company doesn’t need to knock $400/$600 off their $1000/$1400 products every few months. A discount of 10%-20% is more typical for a trustworthy brand. Be aware, though—you’ll likely feel ripped off, as the prices you end up paying could end up being overshadowed by deals that are half the price of what you initially invested! PS: As far as you answering this post! NO I have been trying for over 3 months with only getting the runaround and excuses! * When the codes emailed to me doesn't work then you raise the price and the CODE works, but for MORE money than promised! Bait-and-Switch! I have kept all emails and code sent to me and have proven it to VTOMAN customer care with ZERO solutions except to buy for more! * STAY AWAY FROM - 'VTOMAN'! * THERE ARE TO MANY OTHER COMPANY'S YOU CAN TRUST!

Dec 04,2024Auf einen betrügerischen Fall bei Ebay ( 21-11225-72099 (26.2.24)) hatte ich hier bereits an anderer Stelle hingewiesen, worauf sich der Aftersales von VTOMAN umgehend gemeldet hat. Aussage: Es sei Ihnen sehr wichtig den Fall zufriedenstellend zu bearbeiten... Inzwischen sind schon wieder mehrere Monate vergangen. Erst wurde ein Karton mit Schrott, dann eine Sendung gesendet, die so klein war, das es kein Ersatz hätte sein können. Jedes mal war es viel Schreiberei dafür zu sorgen, dass die Sendung zurück geht. Von den Kosten für die zeitliche Aufwendung gar nicht zu sprechen. Es wurde jetzt nur so lange kommuniziert, bis die letzte Sendung nachweislich wieder bei VTOMAN eingegangen ist. Seit den letzten 4 Wochen antwortet dort niemand mehr und ich warte weiter auf Erstattung. Dies ist daher ein klarer Fall von Betrug! 17.12.24: Die Kollegen von Ebay verweisen auf die gleiche Emailadresse beim Aftersales. Kann also nicht sein, dass diese nichts voneinander wissen! 24.12.24: Bisher weiterhin keine Reaktion, weder über Email noch über EBay 25.12.24: Es ist unglaublich! Wie im Detail erläutert und per Tracking nachvollziehbar wurde die letzte Sendung an VTOman zurückgeschickt und auch zugestellt. Jetzt wird mir erneut ein Rücksendelabel gesendet… Erwarten tue ich sei Monaten nur noch die Rückerstattung. 8.1. Vor meiner Tür stand erneut eine ungewollte Sendung von VTOman mit einer immer dieses mal gleichen Powerstation wie ursprünglich bestellt. Jetzt warte ich wieder auf Reaktion, dass sie wieder abgeholt wird…..
