Oct 10,2024On October 1, I paid for a bundle that included an 1800 jump and the most robust panel available with a ship date of around the ninth or 10th of October. I received the solar panel with no communications about the 1800. They of course charged my credit card on October 1. I have now been told I might expect the 1800 in November (9th or 10th) yet no communication or accommodations for the 5 weeks they had my funds or that I placed the order when the projected delivery date showed 10/10. I purchased this item for a project that needed to be done in October. Now I have to make other accommodations that will certainly cost more and be another delay . I have 100% confidence in the quality of the product. I have no confidence in their communications on their webpages or silence when they changed my ship date. The additional product, the impact wrench that I was going to purchase now is canceled. This was my first purchase with them and it earned me 3299 points, I’m not sure I’ll be buying much more based on this experience.

Sep 30,2024Update from 26.08.2024: Hello, I have finally received the 3rd part of the generator on 26.08.2024. I have ordered Jump 2200W/3096Wh 220W Solar Generator on 26.07.2024. So finalizing my experience with the company VTOMAN - I am extremely reliefed, that they have delivered, as I supposed to go to the lawyer and to Verbraucher Zentrale beginning from the first week of ordering. From the first week until 26.08 I was not sure, if I would really receive, what I have ordered. The name of company VTOMAN DE is really irritatiing and supposing, they are based in Germany, but when your read carefully the conditions, it is based in Hong Kong. The generator is working- which is positive, solar panels will be checked some time later. But the whole story will still deserve a 1 star, as it was the worst purchase experience ever in my life. I have missed the continuous communication with the seller, I have missed the hotline in Germany or at least in Europe - there is a hotline in the US, which is supposed to serve for the whole Europe. I have got answers on my requests only after writing and making this experience public here. @VTOMAN- it is not normal! I would never purchase via VTOMAN again. I wish VTOMAN DE, to improve the customer service for Europe.

Sep 26,2024Ordered 3 of the 330watt ac adaptors that said they were for the Jump 1800 model and they don’t work. Turns out Vtoman is coming out with a newer model Jump 1800 in November, but instead of cancelling my order and letting me know these won’t work shipped out anyways and won’t refund money or answer emails. Who releases another older model for more money than the flash speed models which are much better??? Crazy right? Jesus is coming most likely in our lifetime folks!! Repent and give your life to Jesus Christ before its too late. We are finally that fig tree generation! Believe it! 🙏

Details were sent to the email listed below after Vtoman requested them. I wrote this review after several follow ups via email went unanswered. *************** Purchase Vtoman Jump 1000. After 9 months the charging slowed down, it took several days of solar charging and a few hours of AC charging to increase the available power capacity by 20%. The display is showing 0 charge going in. After Vtoman initially responded with the request for purchase details., they ignored all subsequent emails with my requests for assistance. Poor product backed by very poor customer service.

Sep 10,2024I used my new FlashSpeed 1500 this weekend at a camping event, and I'm glad I had it. I used it for my Cpap machine, charging phones, and watching some TV at night. I did need to run my generator to charge the house batteries on my travel trailer, and so I charged the Vtoman as well, even though it was still at 40 percent and would have probably gone another day. I didn't try putting to all kinds of test because I watched several videos from people who did. I think it will work out great for my needs. I'm in no hurry, since I do have a small propane generator, but would like to get solar panels at some time in the future. First I need to update the old lead acid batteries for my camper, I think they're struggling to get through the season. I plan toy go with LiFePO4 batteries. Once I replace those I think that 400 watts of solar could not only be enough to charge the Vitoman when needed, but also keep the batteries charged as well. I don't really see the Vtoman 1500 extra battery as an advantage to me, unless I was in a situation where I needed to power the entire trailer withe the FlashSpeed 1500 short term. I'm older and really just learning about off grid powering options when camping, which I do a fair amount of. But, at the same time I need to not invest more than what meets my needs. This is a great purchase, I considered Jackery, and Bluetti as well. I have several emails, and screen shots, from customer service, and also found it on their website under "Warranty Extension" that the FlashSpeed comes with a 5 year warranty, although the user manual say 2 year. If it didn't come with a 5 year warranty, I likely would have gone with another brand for the longer warranty. From Vtoman's website Warranty Details 1. When you purchase a product from the VTOMAN official website and sign for it, you will receive a 12-month warranty period. 2. If you register as a VTOMAN member and successfully activate your membership account, you will receive an additional 12-month warranty period. 3. Both of the above have been completed, and you will receive a 24-month warranty period. 4. FlashSpeed 1500 comes with a 5-year warranty period.

Aug 28,2024am 11.04.24 geliefert und breits nach 10 Tagen defekt. Unfreundlicher Kontakt wegen Reklamation. Ware wurde zurückgesendet und seitdem werde ich nur vertröstet wegen einer Ersatzlieferung, Seit Juli erhalte ich nicht einmal mehr Antworten auf meine Emails. Fazit: Finger weg, betrügerische Absichten des Händlers. Lieber etwas mehr Geld ausgeben und mit anderen Namhaften Produkten Spass haben. Nachtrag: nach knapp 5 Monaten habe ich plötzlich ohne Ankündigung das Ersatzgerät erhalten, mal sehen wie lange es diesmal funktioniert... Neuer Nachtrag: nach nicht mal einer Woche funktioniert das Gerät wieder nicht, hoffe das die Reklamation diesmal schneller ist... Ersatzgerät kam wieder defekt an. Diesmal in einer stark gebrauchten Schachtel, seitdem keinerlei Feedback mehr zieht sich bereits wieder über 8 Wochen... dies wäre nun der 4. Versuch

I could not get the Jump server to work due to not enough power coming from the voltage output. The unit was defective so VTOMAN issued me on RMA which I returned the Jump 600X and extra backup battery. It took several weeks and they sent me 1 power station without the backup battery I sent in the RMA. What they sent me is not worth the $809 order that I purchased. Where is my extra battery that comes with the Jump 600X Power Station? I have been trying to get customer support to look at my correspondence about this but they continue to remain silent.
