Jul 13,2024The X7 seems ok but the online purchasing is impossible. The tracking links don't work, and when trying to purchase accessory VTOMAN DC 5.5 x 2.1mm Car Charger Power Supply Cord, the website says they can't ship to my address although I have received 2- X7 inflator/starters at this address in the last week. The toll free number disconnects after 2 minutes on hold 5 times already and when they do answer they can't check on a simple order status. As of yesterday 77/13/24 the 888# disconnects immediately and doesn't even put you on hold 2 minutes. When I expressed frustration their AI blocked my comment. CCP at work?

Jul 12,2024I ordered on 1/7/24 by uk web site. now its 12th. Still no response from vtoman. I have emailed everyday. I need it ASAP. As going away. £1300 it cost, I want my money back now. The order says unfulfilled. And all they will say is email them for a refund. Very fast to take my money but not to give it back. Don't waste your money.

Jul 11,2024Made the purchase on the information that would be available in 2 to 5 working days and have not hand any information back. I would just like a refund as it was brought as needed now not in 6 to 8 weeks or when ever you a actually have it in stock. That's nothing more then fraudulent misrepresentation knowing you cannot meet them time lines

Jul 11,2024Please do not buy from this company. I bought the VTOMAN Jump 2200 from their website and it lasted one day. I fully charged it, ran a dehumidifier in my Motorhome for 18 hours, I thought good enough but then tried to charge it again and nothing! The power bank actually just stopped functioning all together. Then I tried contacting their support and they sent me (next day) a link to a Facebook group! I created a dispute in Paypal. VTOMAN support then contacted to say that if I close the dispute they will refund but that is against Paypal's terms and indicates a fraudulent company. This has been going on for nearly 3 weeks and I still don't have a refund from VTOMAN. The Fraud and Cyber Crimes unit is also involved. Do not buy from this company!!

Jul 10,2024I ordered a jump starter (VTOMAN 7). It was shipped and delivered and per the post office it was noted as a zip code that is not mine, thus was delivered to another address. VTOMAN never sent me the replacement unit nor did they acknowledge their mistake. Be careful when ordering - they do not insure nor will they take ownership of their mistakes. What also saddens me is that I bought a VTOMAN 5 before this and it was such a good product. However I think the logistics, as stated in the reply, need to be worked on. I’m still without a VTOMAN. VTOMAN make your mistake correct.

Jul 09,2024on 2/7/2024 I purchased a product via you UK website. I was advised it would be delivered with 2-5 working days. I have yet to recieve delivery confirmation regarding this product and I have already paid £599. Reading through the reviews online it looks like you don't have stock??? I have put a query through via the contact support email on your website but had no response. Please advise me ASAP what is going on because this is not acceptable

Jul 06,2024The company advertises stock and promises delivery in 5-7 days. When asking for tracking the response was that delivery time is a guide. However, regardless of delivery they still did not provide tracking after many emails over five days. I eventually got a reply saying that there were none in the UK and 600X generator stock was arriving in three days, with no priority for my order. They have stock of the solar 100W panel, but not for my order and that reply was only available in two months. There is no customer support or phone number, VTOMAN is unreliable, not dependable, unhelpful, untrustworthy, and doesn't care. It would have been extremely nice if they were honest upfront and worked on a solution with me, but no such luck and they should be banned from being a supplier and stop trading as a company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM & AVOID THE HASSLE!!

Jul 05,2024So far no customer support at all, communication is not this companies strong point! Which is a shame as this power station looks a good bit of kit. No confirmation of shipping, no tracking number and no email to say there’s going to be a delay but money has been taken. My next step is to open a dispute with Paypal today and go down that route.

Jul 02,2024First time I needed it , it failed . No power through jumper cables . Plenty of power in battery unit. I had to break open jumper cable circuit box and jump positive with a penny and electric tape.

Jun 20,2024So far I am very disgusted with the service, I placed an order 10 days ago, the delivery said 4 to 5 days. The delivery tracing number has been generated but the item has not been handed to the delivery company yet. I have sent emails every day to request info on the delivery, but they just do not respond. At this point I would just cancel my order, but that's also not possible as they wont respond there I won't get a refund. Shocking experience so far, excuse the pun. Do not buy from this useless company!!! Update. They contacted me for a partial refund, what a joke. Why only partial when they messed up and didn't deliver the paid for goods or respond. They still take many days to respond to any communication. No change in my initial review!!!

Jul 19,2024Ordered a Vtoman 1500 and solar panel thru Amazon. Unit delivered but no Solar panel. Vtoman said panel will follow never received it. Amazon no say I have to return to Vtoman at my expense and claim a refund. AVOID VTOMAN AND AMAZON.
