Nov 04,2024Flashspeed 1500 zur Überprüfung der Andersonbuchse nach Düsseldorf eingesendet. Dies war am 6.10.24. Seit 10.10. nichts mehr gehört und keine Antwort auf meine Anschreiben.War bis jetzt sehr zufriedem mit dem Gerät, aber der Service ist unter aller Kanone!! Ich werde Strafanzeige wergen Unterschlagung stellen wenn ich nicht bald etwas höre und mein oder ein Ersatzgerät bekomme!!!

Nov 02,2024I received the vtoman jump 1800 earlier than promised which was a welcome surprise, it came packaged very well with everything included. I haven't put it through a thorough test yet but it came with a charge of 85%..I had no issues with charging and it took an hour to charge it to 100% from a wall outlet. I have an android phone and none of the included usb chargers would fit into my phone as it takes a micro-USB connection but I was able to plug it into one of the outlets and charge it that way. It is very heavy and being a woman in my late 60's it's not easy to move around but it's well worth it just to have some peace of mind in case of emergencies.

Nov 02,2024Ich habe im April diesen Jahres 2 Vtoman Flashspeed 1500 bei vtomamshop und einen Zusatzaccu bei vtoman-official-store beides auf eBay gekauft. Im Juni waren die beiden Flashspeed defekt. Der Austausch gegen neue Geräte dauerte mehr als 1 Monat. Rücksendung auf meine Kosten. Rücksendeadresse: Yun Domilar UG-GOOLOO Dillenburger Weg 50 Düsseldorf 40229 Deutschland Im August diesen Jahres funktionierte eine Flashspeed und der Zusatzaccu nicht mehr. Im September wieder Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten mit der Zusage auf Ersatz im Oktober, wenn neue Geräte verfügbar sind. Nun habe ich noch keine Geräte zurück und auf meine E-Mails über eBay gibt es keine Antwort mehr! Ich bin anscheinend um die ca. 1000,- Euro, die ich für die beiden Geräte bezahlt habe, betrogen worden. Die Vtoman Geräte sind scheinbar technisch nicht ausgereift und werden trotzdem verkauft. Ich bin ja ein positiv denkender Mensch und hoffe noch auf eine befriedigende Lösung des Problems, aber die Hoffnung stirbt wohl zuletzt. Also, an alle, die sich mit Kaufabsichten für Vtoman tragen: Kauft bitte nicht, da die Wahrscheinlichkeit von Geldverlust und Ärger sehr hoch ist! 20.11.2024: Die Antwort von Vtoman auf meine Rezension ist ja wohl die Höhe. Als ob die Shops Vtoman direkt und Vtomanshop bei eBay nicht in direkter Beziehung zum Hersteller stehen! Die Adressen dieser Shops sind alle gleich! Über eBay geht keine Lösung des Problems. Ich werde jetzt auch Strafanzeige gegen die Shops und gegen Yun Domilar UG-GOOLOO stellen! Vom Düsseldorfer Gewerbeamt habe ich nun eine Gewerbeinfo zu Yun Domilar erhalte. Resultat: Keine Daten unter dieser Adresse und Namen! Also illegale gewerbliche Tätigkeit! Das habe ich auch der zuständigen Steuerbehörde mitgeteilt, da dies sicherlich den Verdacht auf Steuerhinterziehung und illegaler Beschäftigung nahelegt.

I bought the Jump Power Station 600 for camping earlier this year and was impressed enough to purchase a second, the Flashspeed 1500 for emergency home backup power. Both units appear to be quality builds. Very happy with these units. Best bang for the buck!

Oct 29,2024Suspected I had an AC adapter Cord causing an intermittent charging issue after 2 Hurricanes Hits had us on generator power back to back. Ordered a replacement and it arrived quickly and turned out to be an upgrade to a heavier gage wire. Power Station back online working at 100%. It is a great improvement for anyone using generators to keep units charged.

Oct 28,2024I just received my order, all items where shipped very quickly. I really like how versatile this generator is. Charges fast, and with the extra battery its perfect. Now the only thing I will say is I received FlasSpeed 1000 instead of the FlashSpeed 1500 but they gave me options and their customer service responded very quickly. I kept the Flashspeed 1000 and they gave me back the difference. But as for the product it's perfect.

Oct 27,2024Leider wieder nur eine offensichtlich KI generierte Antwort, die anscheinend nur dazu dient den Eindruck zu erwecken, das es sich bei VTOMAN um eine seriöse Firma handeln soll. Das ist leider nicht der Fall. Auf E-Mail reagiert die Firma nicht oder nur ausweichend und unverbindlich und eine Angabe einer Postadresse verweigert VTOMAN. Dadurch ist es unmöglich seine Gewährleistungsansprüche gegen VTOMAN geltend zu machen. Liebe VTOMAN - bitte antworten sie auf diese Bewertung wirklich nur, wenn sie bereit sind, mir auf diesen Wege die Postadresse von VTOMAN zu nennen. Sollte meine Annahme zutreffen das ihre Anworten alle KI generiert sind, werde ich wohl wieder eine Antwort ohne die von mir gewünschte Postadresse von ihnen erhalten, da offensichtlich keine in ihrem Haus verantwortliche Person diese Bewertung liest. Oct 26,2024Your power units are missing a button for sensitive electronics that will be damaged by voltage drops as the unit loses charge. The power should be shut down to prevent damage.

You charged me for a product two months ago and still have not shipped or delivered by order. Seems like you are a scam.

Oct 16,2024Ich habe einen Erweiterungsakku gekauft. Dieser ist in der Garantie Zeit kaputt gegangen.Nach Kontakt mit dem Verkäufer habe ich das Gerät auf eigene Kosten zurück geschickt. Das ist jetzt fünf Monate her. Auf Anfragen werde ich immer wieder vertröstet mittlerweile belogen.

Oct 14,2024Purchased a Jump 1800 several months ago. It failed the 1st time in the field when I needed it. Called the support and opened a case. No one contacted me for weeks until I complained on Facebook. It took me a month and a half to get a replacement and they sent the wrong power plug. Complained for weeks and they finally responded they would send me the correct charger. It never arrived. Now the AC plugs on my Jump are not working and I cannot get the after sales support team to respond (AGAIN!). Just unbelievably bad support and communications! I cannot recommend this company at all. 2 bad units in 6 months and just terrible support. Avoid them at all costs! Update: Now Vtoman has limited who can comment on their Facebook posts after I left some negative comments (which they deleted). This just prove to you that the company would rather silence you than support you. And as for Vtoman's response to me below, I would encourage them to check their email as I've been cc'ing them on all of my support inquiries. Dishonest company. You've been warned.
