Nov 13,2023Initially, the description on the website provided more than enough information and specifications for us to make the decision to buy. Customer service phoned to arrange a suitable delivery date. Pallet delivery was efficient and placed straight into the garage. In terms of the toilet and seat itself, it is comfortable to use and the remote control gives the user many options to suit individual preferences. We’ve cut down on the use of toilet roll by 80% since using the unit regularly. Highly recommend.

Nov 04,2023A really stylish, well designed smart toilet. Washloo were great, friendly, efficient and easy to contact with questions. A few minor points to pass on: 1) The U shaped metal locking plates about 40 mm by 10 mm which are used in fixing the seat to the toilet bowl are shown upside down in the instructions. They must be oriented with the teeth pointing down or the seat will not be secure. 2) while not essential, the instructions recommend fitting a water softener if you live in a hard water area and Washloo suggested an inexpensive water purifier canister fitted in the water pipe to the toilet. But this is not correct. These water purifiers remove dirt, bacteria and some trace chemicals but do not affect the minerals that cause lime scale. For that you need an ion exchange water softening system, or similar, either for the whole house or a smaller unit just for one appliance.

Oct 13,2023I'm still to connect my 2 washloo toilets up however, I will point out the reason I used washloo over some cheaper brands was purely down to their fantastic customer service. I actually intended to spend £600 - £1000 for a smart toilet but after contacting other companies and never getting a reply back I decided to bite the bullet and pay abit more for quality and the reassurance of any issues washloo would be quick to resolve them. So instead of spending £1000 on a smart toilet I ended up with 2 odyssey smart toilets one free standing with a washloo pinnacle cistern and a touchless flush and a second floating odyssey with the levitate cistern. I still can't believe I nearly paid nearly 5x my budget on 2 toilets however it'll hopefully be worth it once my bathrooms are complete.

Oct 10,2023When you're making a long-term investment like buying a smart bidet toilet, why cheap out and buy from an online marketplace with no back up? Karen and Alex have been super quick and helpful answering my questions, and the Washloo Evolution looks perfect in my renovated bathroom. I couldn't be happier with the product and the service.

We did find that the process of using the washloo improved as we experimented with different positions and different settings. We now love it and have no hesitation in reccommending it to anyone who is thinking of purchasing one.

Sep 02,2023Wonderful! Only wished I’d splurged for the more expensive model with the cistern, sometimes mine takes several flushes to clear, but over all, my backside has never been happier! UPDATE : as suggested by Washloo, I added the pressure system which was a little tricky as it had to go into the eves (no room in the cupboard and needs to be near a plug) but it seems to have done the trick. Originally, we didn’t account for the pressure dropping in the house when say, a shower was on or someone was washing dishes. Therefore I recommend everyone take the pressure system! But Thanks to Washloo’s great customer service, we got there in the end!
