Aug 17,2023All good! Me and my wife used to live in Japan and wanted to get a bidet when we moved back. We bought the Washloo Omega, which heats the water up on demand so it's not constantly keeping a tank of water warm, and it did the job as well as the ones we had in Japan. The water temp was fine, the hot air blower is a bit odd, but works. Installation wasn't that difficult, our toilet didn't fit it very well, so I gave Washloo a call and we discussed the specific toilet they used in their pictures and I bought that separately from Victoria Plumb.

Aug 17,2023Where to begin … Purchasing the Washloo was by far the very best purchase I have made. I seriously could not be without it. This clever little contraption cleans itself, glows in the dark (perfect for navigating your way in the night) and its seat is warm too! It leaves your private parts super clean. On a personal note, being female, I can confirm it also reaches parts never before reached - if you know what I mean!

Aug 14,2023Needed some help ensuring I got the right product, and the customer service team were brilliant. Got a clear response within 24 hours, letting me go ahead and place my order. Delivery was insanely quick with the product arriving within 2 days. Product seemed easy enough to install plumbing wise (took my plumber an hour inclusive of a quick trip to the hardware store to get a wee bit of pipe needed to make it all fit my pipework perfectly). Electrics were a bit more challenging to sort out, but that's down to the quirks of my house rather than the product. I've had the seat installed for the last fortnight now and love it. I'd seen folk complain water pressure wasn't great, but it's been perfect for me. Sometimes I find the water temprature fluctuates a bit, but the waters never freezing so it's all good in my book! Only thing I'd mention is the user manual talks about having a spare nozzle attachment incase you need a extra on when you're cleaning everything. I'm not sure if some models come with spares as standard, but there wasn't one in the box with my product so if this is something you'd want, it might be worth looking at whether this is something you could add to your order. I'm sure we'll make do without this for now, but at some point I'm the future I think I'd want to order one (seems like it's a handy thing to have a spare for).

Jul 20,2023As with most new toys, it takes a little time to get used to the controls for optimum performance. The product is extremely well made; my only criticism is that the water jets could be stronger to dislodge persistant fecal matter. Customer Service is outstanding, helpful and prompt.

Jul 19,2023Can’t speak highly of this family run company and their products. Had a small problem from one of the toilets. Alex and his brother drove 4 hours to rectify the problem. Great advice from Karen who made sure we bought the right toilets for our needs and water flow. If your going to buy these toilets this is the company to buy from.

Jul 07,2023All the staff were pleasant to deal with. Delivery and price was ok, but during the process of buying it, there was an option to pay in instalments over time at 0%. When it came to paying on the final page it failed to appear and I had to decide to pay in full or not buy at all. The pan of the toilet is 8 mm variance from the height to width. So it leaked with a standard flexible connector. So after some chats with staff, I was provided with a different new connector. I did the job to using 2 jubilee clips and the leak stopped.

Jun 08,2023I have used many Japanese toilets due to extensive business travel in Japan: all the big brands and many you won’t have heard of. Often these aren’t designed for Western sized people so aren’t always comfortable. When it came to a bathroom renovation I was shocked at the cost for entry level functionality so I bought the standard Washloo instead with a RAK toilet as part of a package. It was installed 9 months ago and still going strong. I am very pleased with it. The functionality is top notch -including a drier - and the size issue with the top end Japanese brands is solved. It’s my favourite “gadget” so far!

Jun 05,2023Outstanding service from start to finish. We chose the wrong toilet for our bathroom assuming the flow would be ok. It was picked up when they received the order they contacted us straight away to make sure we checked the pressures before the sent it out. I don't think any company would do that, they would send the item out and when you plumb it in and find it doesn't work you wouldn't be able to return it. They found an alternative toilet for us that is just amazing in every way. I even got a call to check everything was ok. I can officially say the most professional company I have dealt with to date.
