Nov 18,2021Happy with our first skip hire experience. The skip came on the day requested and was collected with no problems. The only thing I will say is that the delivery man seemed to be in a rush. He struggled to get the skip on our driveway after 2 attempts and then was reluctant to keep trying. He wasn't overly friendly either.

Nov 18,2021Used this company for a couple of years now. Very easy to book a skip, invoice immediately, skip turns up when requested and collected when requested. Only once have they not collected on the day but when I got in contact they collected the next day. A little more expensive than booking direct with a local company but they take the hassle out of booking rubbish collection. They just need to expand onto larger size skips!!

Nov 17,2021We have ordered a few times with waste online and the customer service is amazing. Reasonable prices and never had any major problems. The only thing I would say is that every time we book, they always change the date to the day after we have chosen. If this is the case then it shouldn't be available to chose on the website. However, they do extend the collection date which is very helpful. Other than that, they are a super reliable company and we continue to use them :)

Even after I messed up the delivery date (ordered it for the week after) they amended the date and delivered the next day. It was delivered at 5am while I was in bed and didn’t hear a peep. Used the live chat option to amend the date and the operator was very helpful and sorted everything with no fuss. Will definitely use again.

The skip arrived from a local company and was collected as promised, and the operative was friendly and helpful. The price was the best I was quoted. I hired a 6yd skip thinking it would be huge - it was just enough! I would recommend this service.
