What a disgraceful company. Heater not working, cracked connector. Biggest waste of money ever spent. They do not answer phone or emails.
I honestly hate wave. Worst customer service ordered spa stopped heating after a week of use. Did all the checks and tasks to fix. Was sent a replacement in the end as they could not fix the problem. Replacement item turns off after an hour so never heats up and deflated. All I want is my money back this is a total waste of money and time and ruined the summer fun I should be having with my kids.
Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever had! Ordered, never arrived till I started a CC claim. Spa returned weeks ago still no refund. Avoid
Following my recent review; we received contact from Wave and they sent us problem solving tasks to perform. None of which has helped and the leak is still occurring. After reporting this back to them on 20th August..........nothing......still waiting to receive a reply and rectify the issue!! Given the fact that this fault was reported in July; once again we have had a product that we've not been able to use for over a month. I've tried all methods of contact with them directly, but unsuccessful. I am some what frustrated and disappointed with the lack of customer service/support. Absolute joke!!
Order W107780 was placed less than a year ago (within the guarantee) and the heater unit does not work at all despite following your troubleshooting in the instructions. I emailed, phoned and live chatted every day since without any response. Seeing as people have been waiting months for a replacement or did not get one at all, I am not filled with any hope that I will be assisted, as promised when buying. So so so disappointing, money wasted. I even highlighted that I had a very special plan next week and really wanted a working hot tub then but was just ignored. Please hire more people and actually support the people who invested their money into your company. Update: After waiting a month, they finally sent a new heater but surprise (!) it did not even resemble my heater in any way. I had sent videos, pictures and details of my order containing the model I have and somehow they still managed to send me something that doesn’t even remotely fit my model. I guess I‘ll be waiting another month now.
Reading comments I have same issue. Bought spa in July. Only used handful of times. Heater is faulty and did not heat more than 1 degrees in 8 hours. I had this spa 30 days when I noticed fault. Took over a week to get an email from customer service. Had to take pointless photos. Then they asked me to test again and I said no. As I thought this was a delaying tactic. I had to packaged up heater and send more photos. I was asked for a collection date. Since then nothing..... its been 5 days and I have called and emailed and no response. Do not buy from this company. I have wasted £399 on something that is now in pieces.
Reading the reviews and concur this companies customer service is shockingly bad! Had a faulty spa since June this year, ongoing issues with the heater (finally replaced) and then followed by a puncture due to seam split. Had an email over a week ago to say can you send a picture of the unit packed up so they can collect and replace the whole unit, sent on the same day and still waiting for a response. Any email correspondence seems to disappear into a black hole for weeks at a time until an actual person can respond. PADDY you seem to be able to get things done please contact me! #W114770

AVOID BUYING AT ALL COSTS! One star is way too high for this company. Bought foam rigid tub from them, didn’t even got a chance to use it. Started to fill it, soon as water reached the heater, water started just pouring out of heater unit! How dangerous is that, let alone it is faulty, it is life threatening defect! Contacted them on the spot. Two weeks since, still no response from company. All we ask, return and refund. NO LUCK! We are not the only unlucky customers, there are hundreds, if not thousands more like us, trying to reach out and get our money back from that scam of the company.
Horrendous ordered a 4 Tahoe spa in May of this year for delivery 1st week of July then changed to end of July. Had no further update so contacted divide and buy to financed this and Wavespa eventually rang me telling spa would be arriving end of that week. Still no spa so went through divide and buy again and Wavespa then contacted me to say they had over ordered but I could have a 6 man Tahoe for £150. I still have no spa despite me emailing weekly the only people who respond are divide and buy and I have emailed them again today, with them telling me that apparently Wavespa told them I would have it by Monday. Still nothing so now escalated as a complaint via divide and buy
This has to be the worst Customer Service I have ever received - in fact possible the worst in history. Tub broke after 2 uses - and still awaiting reply to emails after 2 weeks.. They say they are busy but any company can reply to an email within 14 days - and actually help their clients... A No Star Company... Update - Still waiting to hear from Wave re refund... No emails - no calls - no nothing... Either they have gone Bust or are holding into my cash for another reason... CCJ issued to get my money back - and if that doesn't work - I may send in the Bailiffs... Maybe that will get my money back from them..
Order #W108950/#W115962 Been waiting for a replacement heater since July. This was sent to us but wave sent the wrong heater. Been in touch to let them know and we are now at the end of August and still no heater or communication even though I have left 2 voicemails and numerous emails. The hot tub is great just need the correct heater then the problem will be sorted!! Can someone from support email me or post out the proper heater please!

I have read all these bad reviews but I can honestly say I've never had a problem with my purchase of my Atlantic spa up to yet some of the bad reviews are about how long they got wait I was told at the beginning I would have to wait but I didn't keep pestering and it came when they said infection it came a week earlier so I'm well satisfied and believe me I am one of the worst critics so wave you get a 5 🌟 from me.
Wave Spa are becoming a joke! After posting a negative review and being asked by Paddy upon a successful resolution to our faulty hot tub to change which I gladly did, we are now back again with the same issue! This is now our second foam hot tub in as many weeks and we are still getting leakages from the heater element. After placing a review on here regarding our previous Como 6 person, Paddy called and ensured that our replacement Tahoe 6 person did not have this type of leak and had had zero issues. Unfortunately, I disagree as once again water is coming out and we had to stop using the hot tub. Our original order was W112703 with the replacement under W116749. This is beyond disappointing for our 7 year old and exhausting for us as we are now addressing the same issue. I would like to understand what Wave Spa wish to do as I now have a garage with 2 faulty spas and continue to be out of pocket of over £1400!!!!!
Honestly, this has been the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. The excitement of having a hot tub quickly turned into frustration when the heater failed after just two days. My family loved every second of it—until everything came crashing down. The communication with Wave Spas is nothing short of appalling. Every time I messaged their support, it took a staggering 4 to 7 days to get a reply. Initially, they offered to send a new heater, which seemed like a decent solution. But when I agreed, I was suddenly informed it was out of stock. This, despite receiving an email the same week saying the hot tub was back in stock. The inconsistency is mind-boggling. When they finally offered to repair the heater, I requested instructions on how to do it. What did they send? Instructions for changing a foam-based hot tub—completely irrelevant to my situation. It’s as if they have no idea what they’re doing or simply don’t care. Now I’m left with a cold, unusable tub, with water that’s turning green due to a lack of filtering. To make matters worse, I even paid for an extra 8 filters, which are now completely useless. This is literally madness. No one should have to put up with this level of incompetence and disregard. I’m more than willing to provide screenshots of all my emails to anyone who wants to see just how poorly this company handles its customers. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of Wave Spas. I wanted to purchase a replacement inner for my original hot tub which I purchased for my late husband. The original one had a number of punctures. Tom told me that they don't usually supply them as spares but went out of his way to supply me with one, as a gesture of good will.
Appalling customer service. 4 month old spa has developed a heavy leak out of filter unit rendering it unusable. Completely unable to get through to customer services after days of trying by phone, email, live chat. A very expensive dud product with no recourse it seems. Extremely frustrated.
Total lack of customer service. Upto 8 days to respond and here we are on the 7th day and still no response. Only had the hot tub 6 days used four times and it broke an error message rendering it unusable. 800 litres of water wasted. Avoid

I've decided to give the spa back within the 30 day period still no correspondence with them. 2nd review I've written now and dropped down to one star please don't get one of your looking for one heating system is really of a poor quality and you won't get to use it for more than a week before it breaks down. Best spending that little bit extra and getting a lazy spa. The quality of the tub itself is good but not good if you can't use it. Wave best someone contacts us soon or I'm putting in a claim and reporting you to trading standards.
