*** Update*** We got a delivery but not the right unit and it was damaged. Go figure We bought a hot tub a year ago We reached out about 2 months ago - within warranty time about the heater not functioning properly. They quick to request photos of the hit tub and outlet we had it plugged into. They advised it would be replaced under warranty at no charge. Provided an order number and since then for 2 months it has not shipped and they are not responding to emails
FAULTY HOT TUB WAS RETURNED OVER 10 DAYS AGO BUT STILL NOT REFUND INTO MY ACCOUNT. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS NOT REPUTABLE
Got the mates and pacific 4/6 square. Super easy to set up and heated up to 103*F in 36hours which was impressive that it started at 50*. The cover is awesome the clips are a bit difficult to open at the start but they should loosen up. All in all a pretty solid unit for our wants and needs
Avoid Wave Spa Uk Absolutely diabolical, basically non existent customer service. The heater failed on our new hot tub after 3 days of use. Contacted them by email, as thats the only option. Just keep getting the same message back....one of our team will contact you within 4 days. Joke! The only email that didnt say that was one saying they could send us just the heat pump...we have one that is integrated into the wall of the hot tub! I would like to have given them no stars. I now have no working hot tub. Its packed up waiting to be collected and has been for weeks. No refund either so cant buy a new one. Avoid this business as they have no morals, dont care even the slightest about their customers, and are carrying on selling rubbish products. Stay away from this business or it will end in stress and tears! They are the worst business Ive ever come across
Having had my spa for less 4 months it stopped heating up. I contacted wavespa for advice. Had to email as the number just kept ringing. I emailed and they replied with a generic email that I would be contacted in 4 days due to high levels of inquiries. Seven days later I emailed again after trying to call and using the useless chat. Automated email that was now 8 days before someone will get back to me. Now have been unable to use the spa for over a month. Wave spa do not have adequate customer service for products that cost £1200 + They need to do better. Nothing short of shocking to be honest.
Update 24th August 2024. The dangerous and faulty Hot tub was collected on the 14th of August. I’ve had no contact since and of course you cannot speak to anybody to get an update. I am still waiting to be reimbursed £500. I am so disappointed with this company and the hot tub. I managed to use the hot tub three times before it showed a fault where the temperature went up to 42 degrees And almost scolded me. It also developed a leak and started to deflate. The customer service is a disgrace. If they respond to your emails that takes a minimum of a week. You cannot speak to them over the phone and talk on their live chat is a waste of time because they send a message to a customer service representative who then takes a week to reply if they respond at all, I still have no resolution and no contact from Customer Services yet. I have paid £500 for a faulty product. Do not order from this company.
Bought a Garda Hotub 6 persons Eco foam integrated heater on 2nd March. Were informed about delays to delivery and finally received hot tub 13th July. Excited to use it but on first use discovered a leak from liner & from heater unit. Followed troubleshooting advice still no difference. Leaking and not useable. No response from customer services despite emails. On further research I find I am one of many with similar issues & receiving no support from customer services My previous hot tub from Wave during lockdown I had no issues with hence I was happy to buy again. However the new design and manufacturing is not fit for purpose & is very poor. I can only guess the reason that customer services are so overwhelmed with work is because so many others have similar issues. Stay well clear of this company until these issues are addressed!
No customer service what so ever!! There is a chat function, with no one manning it, so effectively useless. A number that just goes to voicemail. The spa, Octagon Garda Foam is less then basic, barely gets warm. I chose this at £1400 over a more basic inflatable but honest wish I never had bothered. So disappointed. This review seemed to generate a reply which in itself is so frustrating as I shouldn’t have to do this, but the response was generic and in no way provided any help. I am desperate. This is very distressing. To sell goods over £1000 and offer no after care at all is disgraceful. 16th August…..still nothing, no help, reply, nothing and therefore a brand new spa hot tub that doesn’t work
I had great expectations from this Spa (Tahoe 4/6 person foam spa) given its design over our previous inflatable spa - order arrived in good time and we swiftly erected it - it did take 3/4 people to hold the foam pieces in place to get them all to fit but other than that easy to assemble. The spa looks great with plenty of room. However on filling there was a marked leak from the heater unit as soon as the water level reached the filter inlet - I followed the troubleshooting advice but to no avail and contacted the company on 02/08/24 to get some help/replacement part. I have had no response from the company apart from automated responses to email and web chat - the phone line just reverts to an answerphone or is not available - I have also messaged on Instagram but again no response. Having spent £1400 I would expect better and on finding a Facebook forum for Wave Spa owners poor customer service and lack of communication seems to be a reoccuring issue as does heater units failing. I am now stuck with an un-usable spa and unable to get any help from the company that sold it to me. If I do not get anywhere in the coming days will be forced to try and get my money back via my credit card company.

We wanted a super nice SUP and searched a while before deciding for Wave's Woody. Since we ordered it has been a succesion of gratifing experiences, the order was very easy to place in Wave web page, they answered super fast letting us know they have received both the purchase order and the bank transfer, indicating that in the following days we will receive an e-mail with the shipping/delibera information; well the message came next day!! We received our Woody SUP just 4 days later and THATS AWESOME. We are having tons of fun pudding our Woody in lake Trasimeno in Tuscany and last saturday we took it to the Tirrenian sea amd it was super nice in the ocean as well. Nell'essere to say the Woody is an eye-turner everywere we use it. Thankyou Mark and all you guys for making our experience a great one since the beggining.

Received a brand new hot tub. 01/08/24 Leaking through the electrics, potentially dangerous and can’t be used. Had the tub for 24hr when the leak started. Took a while to get in touch with customer services, as they were very busy, but eventually spoke to a nice chap, who arranged for the faulty tub to be collected and a brand new replacement delivered the next day. Have used it numerous times now, and very happy.
Placed an order with Wave back in May for their Garda hot tub. After waiting for several months and no sign of it arriving I asked to cancel. Wave told me that I couldn't cancel and would just have to refuse delivery, only then would I receive a refund. The package was dispatched and tracked on DPD but no delivery took place. I contacted DPD who informed me that the parcel was automatically returned to Wave on 1st August and provided me with the details. Wave are still refusing to issue a refund and so I am now over £1k out of pocket with nothing to show. Please avoid this company they're crooks! ***EDIT*** Thanks for the response but your actual reply in the email wasn't that you would refund me for something I haven't received it was this: I have looked into this for you and I have passed this over to our finance team who will review and process this refund at their discretion ***Edit 2**** It is now 31st August and still no refund or correspondence from the company since 8th August. Signed for letter sent and received by 'Jeffrey ' has been ignored which included confirmation from DPD that the item was returned to Wave on 1st August ***Final Edit*** 11th September and after providing extensive evidence I've finally been given a full refund. Thank you
Ordered Tahoe wave spa May. Supposed to receive 29th July. Still no hot tub? Email & Chat is next to useless. No response at all? Tried calling no answer. Be very aware of this company. Shall be contacting credit card for a dispute and money back.
09/09/2024 After receiving contact from customer services with what seemed like a satisfactory solution, we have since had issues with our hot tub constantly tripping and power going off, our electrics have been tested and not at fault. Have again left voicemail and email and again received no reply and no customer support. Also ordered a thermal cover, which should have been delivered within 1-3 working days, still not received after 11 working days with no explanation. 14/08/2924 Originally only gave 1 star, but due to response and very satisfactory resolution from Paddy from customer services increased 4 stars. 10/08/2024 Customer number #W116680 Received our hot tub when expected however the start up chemical had apparently leaked and returned to wave. Tried to contact wave to see when replacement would be sent out, to be advise someone would return our call but not immediately and respond to my email within 8 days. Spa also has a leak, no customer service at all. 8 days far too long to have to wait for any support. Appreciate very busy but managed to take payment for goods immediately.
Unfortunately the liner/spa I purchased from wave spa hasn't lasted any longer than three months.. Multiple punctures.. A massive headache keeping up with inflating /re inflating.. Certainly wouldn't purchase again...maybe I was unlucky
We ordered a Wave Tahoe 4-6 person hot tub. Was working for 3 weeks before we began to experience problems with the heating unit we was initially intermittent. Over a month ago the unit stopped working altogether. I have contacted Wave customer support on multiple occasions and we are still no closer to having the unit replaced or repaired despite it being under warranty. It’s summer holidays and the children have been devastated it’s not working. The lack of customer support is shocking - you can’t reach them by phone and responses to emails take over a week. This was a total waste of money and I would urge anyone to use a company with a good reputation and to steer clear of Wave. It’s a SCAM. Note - initially autogenerated customer response emails stated expected 4 working days for a response. Now that has been changed to EIGHT working days. I can only conclude they are OVERWHELMED by complaints and similar faults for a FAULTY PRODUCT THEY HAVE BROUGHT TO MARKET. Good luck to anyone who tries to get a problem fixed within their 6/12 month warranty with such delays to accessing ANY customer service support. Timeline - 8 May 2024 - order spa ready for summer 8 June 2024 - set up spa and start using 23 June 2024 - stops working and remains out of action for over a week. Customer support contacted but issue spontaneously resolves. 11 July 2024 - stops working again and remains out of action permanently. Customer support contacted on multiple occasions with slow, useless and limited responses to only some (not all) of my emails - - 23 July - Wave confirmed faulty and suggest replacement - 4 August - on sending enquiry about when it will be collected, Wave asked which days would be me preference for courier to arrive. Gave dates for following week but received no response and no courier arrives. 10 Aug 2024 - still awaiting resolution from Wave
I brought Atlantic hot tub and only had 1 day of it actually working it consistently keeps going to 44 degrees and then completely shuts off even when temperature is off it still heats up I tried to ring company no answer and then support keeps sending me messages stating 8 day wait as they are busy well it’s now been 10 days so I have had no choice but to contact trading standards as this is not supporting your customers fast forward to sept 5th still Nothing done about refunding my hot tub purchase but they want to send me out free filters for a hot tub that is faulty absolutely awful .

Aug 15,2024Now I have registered a county court judgement against this company for a full refund I wonder if the customer service may improve prior to me issuing bailiff enforcement proceedings, we'll see. An update 9/9/24 - have now received a full refund for the cost of the tub, waiting for the court costs to be paid. 17/9,, yippee the court costs are paid and my claim is settled in full. The small claims court really helped and gp so easy to use.
