Aug 01,2023Foam sides which makes it sturdier and won't develop an air leak. Nice and deep and big enough to float in. We have a crease in the bottom but it is in a temporary location so we will work on that when it is moved. Husband absolutely loves it too, says it is great for his sore back

Aug 01,2023We purchased our spa in lockdown and it’s been plagued with problems. The heating unit has frequently broke down under warranty. I would avoid purchasing anything from this company. Contact with customer services is slow and problems get passed from one person to another with no effective resolution. I’ve now been waiting nearly a week for a returns label which I find appalling service. I’ve paid for a repairs service yet I’m still unable to send my machine off for a repair. The customer service is abysmal.

Aug 01,2023Received a California spa on Thursday. Assembled on Sunday and went to add water and the spa is leaking from one of the connections that attaches to the pump. Tried everything to resolve but still leaking. Obviously a faulty liner. Contacted wave by email and by Facebook messenger. Also tired to ring, only response was an email to say they received my query. Not happy as it is for my young adults who have autism and adhd. Customer service poor and not able to get through by phone. I throughly researched before buying and I’m left with a pump that works but a liner that leaks for over £500. Spoke with Patrick from wave yesterday and have been advised that I will receive a new upgraded spa. I need to send back my pump, hopefully I get the dpd returns label soon. I thank you for quick response following my complaint

Jul 27,2023I was asked to leave an honest review about my expieriance by a lady called Akhila and so far its great i have used my hot tub twice since setting it up and have not come accross any issues so far. I hope this hot tub will last for a few years i got 16 free filters with the hot tub and the hot tub was on discount too! Great deal highly recommend. The jets are strong and please do by the insulation accessories it makes a huge difference when it comes to heating it up, it heated from 20 to 35 in just a few hours amazing :)

Jul 24,2023Gosh what is wrong with this company?! Been calling them for a week and no one answers the phone. Left messages and no one calls back. Sent emails but they go unanswered. Finally got a reply on Instagram but they are talking rubbish and not even answering a simple question 😡😡😡😡. I was only trying to order from them but guess I will go to their competition now given they are so so poor. I see that I have had a response from you now via this medium and from Instgram. I was not in continuous contact from you via instagram at all. I still have not had a call back from the message I left you and no one offered to speak to me directly. The questions I asked on instagram were not answered correctly and the incorrect links were sent so I have given up.

Jul 21,2023I contacted Wave for help with getting a spa filter cover for my autistic granddaughter as her friends dog had chew hers when cleaning it. They informed me they were out of stock in England and sent me a links for America. Unfortunately America do not post to England. On letting them know this they went above and beyond to find a cover and sent it free of charge. I couldn’t thank them enough as the spa really helps calm her down. Thank you to all the Wave team that have been involved in helping me with this situation and making my granddaughter a happy child again

Jul 19,2023I ordered a spa weeks ago. They somehow said my package got lost. I got a phone call from him now it's been 3 weeks later. No phone call, no product. No no nothing they would. I strongly recommend not using this company. They're charging me for it. They're building my car but I never received a spa. I was told that it got lost. No customer service never reached out like they were. Tell me what was going on when I would have it very bad I wouldn't. I would not recommend buying anything from this company and I know about 10 other people that have had problems with them and I'll be making sure that everybody writes a review. So please be careful they don't like to return emails. They don't like to know what's going on. They just want to charge you for a product that you do not have

Had a very minor problem (with a fault code) which customer services dealt with immediately and no further issues since. Buying extras (chemicals, thermal liner) has been a breeze and at very good prices as they routinely have very good offers. Definitely recommend.

Jul 17,2023Ordered the most expensive, new model rigid tub. Cost £1900. Arrives on time, get it set up, and all is ok. The very next day I get a call explaining they have a design fault and they are recalling every model. Not good. I now need to drain down and re-box a massive tub after having it for 1 day. These should have been properly tested at the design/build stages. I am offered a 35% discount and a free inflatable tub to soften the blow while waiting another 4 weeks for my ‘hopefully’ fine original tub from new stock. This purchase was timed for my daughter’s birthday, so the loan tub is very important so that is not ruined. They say I will receive emails detailing the new collection/delivery days/times. No emails come, and I inevitably miss the collection. And no free temporary tub arrives. I now have 5 massive boxes in my hallway, a great entrance for guests at the event, and no hot tub for the kids to use after the daughter hyped it up to all her friends. They knew about the birthday, but clearly didn’t care. It's been over a week, no one responds to my emails, and there are no phone numbers you can call. I am £1900 down and have a useless hot tub boxed in my hallway forever. Utterly disgusting service! Will have to fight this in court.
