I would give negative stars if I could. Sent two control units first one didnt work second one was so poorly manufactured. It in no way was safe to use or could be used. We sent them pictures it was horrible. The customer service told me so many stories about how to return it and when I would get my refund. They will lie. Its two months later and I dont have my refund and it took them weeks to get me a shipping label and then we had to get it all back to FEDEX ourselves. Do not buy anything from this company they cant be trusted. So disappointing.
Love this spa great value for money and amazing customer services. I purchased mine around 4 years ago and recently needed a replacement liner. None in stock so I emailed wave spa direct they don’t stock them anymore yet they had one available that they are sending me free of charge. Highly recommend will use this company again!

Do not buy from this company. I bought a foam hot tub in December from them and been dealing with them ever since to get a refund and to return it. Because the liner was unglued from the heater so it made it leak. Customer service is a joke, they keep asking for pictures of the issue and I’ve sent over 20 pictures to them. All they did was send me a new heater which does not fix the issue since the liner does not screw into heater. They have refused to give me a refund and send me return labels to ship this junk back. Very bad company and even worse customer service. I wasted 1,900 on this junk. Do not buy from this company!!
When ordered on website it stated that a mat was included. When opened package there was no mat so was unable to use until I could purchase one which was after Christmas.
DO NOT BUY FROM WAVESPA! My partner and I purchased a WaveSpa hot tub, and it has been nothing but a nightmare from start to finish. We have only been able to use it once, and it’s been faulty ever since. The frame and bars are unstable, and the heater they sent us caused burns by heating to dangerously high temperatures before completely failing. The hot tub now doesn’t heat past 18 degrees, making it completely unusable. Despite contacting them within the first 30 days, WaveSpa has refused to issue a refund or fix the issues. They sent us another faulty heater, but didn’t address any of the other problems. We followed their refund process to the letter, yet they are withholding £1,500 from us, claiming that we didn’t request a refund within 30 days—this is a blatant lie. This company is clearly operating illegally. They sell dangerous, poorly-made products that they are clearly sourcing cheaply, offloading their defective stock onto unsuspecting customers, and then refuse to honour the Consumer Rights Act. They’ve apologised publicly after bad press, but nothing has changed—they’re still scamming customers and refusing refunds. We’re now taking legal action to get our money back, and I urge anyone thinking of buying from them to avoid this company at all costs. They are selling dangerous products and should be stopped.
Do not buy from this company. Not built to last and costumer service is by far the worst that I have encountered. My spa lasted less than 6 months. I have been going back and forth with them for over 3 months. They first tried to replace the pump twice. First replacement lasted less than two weeks. Second replacement was wrong model for my spa. As if a faulty heater is not enough, then the spa started leaking. They agreed to a full unit replacement and ended up sending the wrong spa unit. Two incorrect items delivered to my home. They keep blaming the warehouse people as if they could do anything. They also offered a partial refund back in November. Still no refund. Do not trust the reviews on their website as they hide the negative ones.
I absolutely love my Tahoe rigid spa. It is sooo much better than the inflatable spa and keeps the heat in so much more. We have put on a insulated cover and even in the snow and cold weather it doesn't drop much temperature
Had a chat with Tom for some advice about the hot tub heater/pump. It was showing E4. He got back to me and told me to remove the heater/pump and take it in to a warm environment. What he told me to do was very good and was a very quick response. Thanks again Tom.
Quick delivery & well packaged. I’ve not opened it yet as storing until Spring. My first Wave Spa lasted 4 years before the heater became slow. I hope this will extend longer with an integrated heater.
Avoid using this company at all costs!! They would get zero stars. Spent over £1300 on a foam spa which was heating to dangerously hot temperatures (I mean burn your fingers off hot). This was highlighted within 2 weeks of purchase. Hot tub lid fills up with water but they had none in stock to replace. A replacement heater was sent, filled the spa up for it not to work. They are refusing to give a refund as out with the 30 days. So I've a faulty hot tub, and written evidence of this, reported within 2 weeks which they are refusing to refund. Due to how dangerous the hot tub was heating up to, this has been passed to trading standards, Watchdog and I will now be proceeding through court to get my money back. To make it worse, you can't even speak to anyone, only by email but at least you will have written evidence. 1000% avoid!!!!! Response Thanks for kindly taking all that time to reply. I wish I felt that you took the same time to respond to my issues. I'm unsure if you've ever owned a spa but it takes a considerable amount of time to empty fill etc. What I can see from your reply is, like all the other customers, you've sold a faulty hottub, and despite saying you're still willing to fix the problem, you're really not. The customer reviews speak for themselves, as does the review on Watchdog VERY recently. Your automated reply that you seem to reply to everyone with 'we replied but didn't hear back....We asked for this and that and didn't hear back'. I already sent you pictures of the electrical socket, that's how I already got the faulty 2nd heater so no need to send you the same picture twice. Please check your emails. Also, a reputable company wouldn't reply like that...speaks volumes really. Currently going through court to get my money back and hope others do the same. So no, my issues hasn't been revolved. The £1,300 hottub is sitting in the garden going to waste!!
Well I can’t lie initial deliver fantastic Putting together self explanatory Everything great then ohhps came up with a fault was told it needed filter change could get any filters complain then around xmas there was a box on my front door step 8 filters Thanks guys Flautist cleared heat came back it all cleared after 5 filters So make sure you have enough filters and enjoy your hot tub it fantastic
I am glad We got the issue sorted out, and I am grateful. It took a while though, but Wave did then send me a set of New Filters in the end. I hope when I set it back up in the Spring that I do not have the same issue 😕
We purchased our Hot tub back in June 24, after about 3 weeks in developed a hole/split in a seam which was fixed using patches and several tubes of silicone, we also experienced some unexplained water loss from inside the tub, not sure if the water was entering the walls of the tub but we were losing around a third of the water each time. The tub also used to randomly turn itself off and cool down, this happened numerous times, the filter code would flash almost every other day, even when we hadn't been using it, so we were forever cleaning changing filters, the final straw came when the tub then started to over heat and again turn itself off, I think the thermostat had become faulty, most of these faults were reported to Wave, but all they wanted was video's of the faults occurring and pictures of the hole (after I had fixed it) The Hot tub is now in the local tip as it was just too much hassle trying to keep it working.
We ad a hot tub a couple of years ago inflatable one Woz brilliant daughter got it now we wonted to you grade up not put it up yet but can't wait thanks an delivery was great thankyou
Now I have my Wave Spa up and running, I'm delighted with it - very efficient, economical and easy to use. It took a while to get all the parts delivered and that is my only complaint. The supporting poles for my Wave Garda were missing (so check you receive 5 boxes if you order one). Wave promised to supply and sent an empty box! (That was the low point of my experience.) Eventually the poles arrived and now the tub is set up and I'm delighted.
The tub is a year old and riddled with holes that can't be repaired after doing my homework and saving for this kit. I was treated like a lumped or leave-it query by both consultants who handled my inquiry. My tub is not usable. When something like this happens, I want a supplier who will support you
I like others reported a faulty hot tub within the 30 days however they refuse to accept this as requiring a refund. They took over a month to respond and only then when I asked for my money back as they have ignored me. They expect me to repair the hot tub that has never worked. I am in touch with a solicitor and I suggest others do the same. SCANDALOUS!
Absolutely appalling. Apathetic on every front. Poor merchandise and sloth like staff. Really bottom of the barrel. No wonder Wave Spas were exposed on BBC 1 consumer programme 'The One Show'. It took 13 months from the first request to action to provision of a simple lid. Negligence clouded most of this period and then excuses covered the rest of the period.
