Sep 27,2024I can't tell you how bad this company is. They have scammed me out a lot of money on a defective hot tub that stopped working within a month. It never got to the full temp of 104 and then it just quit doing anything at all. The company will not allow you to return this for a refund. They send nonsense emails. They just ignore your issue. They ship from a US warehouse but do not have a US phone number on their US website. They are scammers. Beware. Run.

Sep 26,2024I recently purchased a Wave Pacific 4/6 person inflatable hot tub and would like to mention what a wonderful little tub, a quick read of the instructions with built in pump to inflate, fill add chemicals and it’s done. Would recommend to family and friends, very relaxing.

Sep 26,2024Delivery instructions fell on deaf ears. Trying to get customer services to contact me so I can get a delivery date organised as it was being delivered in Spain. Customer services took at least 3 days to respond. Useless.

Sep 25,2024dont bother buying a wave product totally crap customer service is appauling i sent an email about the second item i had as the current item had to be replaced i sent my email over a month and. half ago left various voice messages and still not had contact until today to be told my item is now out of warranty and they will charge me to repair the product just dont bother buying from here

Sep 25,2024Atrocious product and customer service experience. £100s of pounds worth of wasted bills to Thames Water as the filter unit leaks. 13 weeks after escalation to board level absolute zero progress. This may seem an aspirational purchase but please please avoid this company at all cost. It will save you cost and heartache in the long run

Sep 24,2024Spa arrived and was faulty. Customer service takes a week to reply to emails every time one is sent in the conversation. So what should have taken a day in communication took over two months to sort return. Really disappointed.

Sep 23,2024During my research on inflatable hot tubs I came across Wave and really liked the look and construction of their products! We ordered the 6 person Pacifica with the energy saving bundle! After ordering I was looking up honest reviews and found so many negative reviews about customer service, shipping time, and warranty! I immediately messaged customer support to cancel my order and got an email back within a few hrs, they were very attentive and wanting to help me with canceling or asking how they could keep us happy during the emails to cancel our hot tub was delivered (took 2 days!!) I reached out to tell them I was definitely satisfied with everything and I’m very thankful I didn’t cancel! We’ve set up our hot tub and very impressed with the quality and ease of use! This particular hot tub has 6 cushions that go around the entire tub giving the perfect padding, we love the built in pump and the cover is thick and snug with a thermal liner to trap heat, don’t have to deal with the awkward inflatable topper! Only con so far is that they don’t include any chemicals to get you started! Overall Wave spa is a great and affordable option, and we can’t wait for the winter months
