Order an eco foam spa may 5th still no delivery end of July! Appalling customer service They maybe award winning but not in customer service!
Awful customer service, ordered a wave spa at the start of June and had no response as was due for 22nd of July but no arrival. Have left several call back requests but no answer. It’s now been moved to the 19 August. I want to cancel the order but you have to speak to someone to do that which is no chance of that. Disgusting service and have seen many people having the same issue
The worst costumer service I’ve ever seen for a well below par product. Breaks constantly and nearly impossible to get through to speak to anyone. I’ve not had a fully working product for 8 weeks now
This is my true experience and sadly it’s not a good one. I purchased the hot tub as a pre order a couple of months before the delivery due date. I waited patiently and week came for delivery and to my disappointment i received it a week late. When it arrived all shiny and new I was very excited, nice packaging and easy to follow set up guide. Quite well made product too. The first time I got it running it overheated with a HL code. this is my third hot tub and I am very familiar with them so I thought something was not right from the start. I had to turn it off to let it cool down. This just kept happening, kept overheating with clean water and a brand new filter. It looks like the temperature is not automatically cutting out as it’s supposed to. I have sent many emails, tried live chat and phone to get support from Wave but this is so shockingly almost none existent. You cannot speak to a real person, it’s all automated generic answers and constantly referring to “we’ll get someone to get back to you” I’ve had one response which took about a week to come. Tom went through a few troubleshooting steps which were obvious and I’ve tried them all. It’s clear that the unit is faulty I am so tired of trying to contact customer support about this. The unit is supposed to be covered under warranty but I’m not sure they will honour it. I get the impression that they just think we are all stupid and not using the hot tub as intended and their hot tubs are not faulty. Well it’s been 4 weeks since I got it and I cannot use it. I wonder if I will ever get someone from wave to help me? If ever they will reply to my messages🤷🏻♂️and I’ve been begging for help. Let’s see.
I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company! The customer care is shocking! It's took 3 months for them to agree to a refund of a faulty spa they sold me (due to 4 day turn around in emails), and now they have stopped communication! Is this company a SCAM?? Taking legal action!
Wave contacted me after weeks saying hot tub was now back in stock, they didn't tell me it wasn't sick of waiting now just want to cancel and get my money back but yet again I can't get through to them the reviews I've been reading and the pictures of burning plugs, melting filters etc I'm filled with dread I will be to scared to use it tbh why is this company still trading the customer service is non existent I can't afford to lose money I'm at a loss what to do next just want my money back

Very disappointed with this company. Preorder a hot tub in may for mid July delivery. Having contacted to find out when I could expect to have my item, it took 3 days for a reply and I was given a tracking number, this tracking number did not work. I contacted themagain, yet again another 4 days this time before they replied to advise that in fact the item was out of stock now. I was offered a different shape hot tub and some free filters. The spa they were offering was in fact cheaper than what I paid so free filters were not in fact free. I have tried to speak with them but had to leave a message for a call back 2 days later I am still waiting. I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received and I have now requested a refund. I would think twice about buying a Preorder item. Update 30th July I now have filed a charge back refund on my credit card as they still haven't replied
After posting a review a couple of months ago and paddy offering to help, when after replying to him no response, our £900 swift is no more 2.5 years. I tried on many occasions to fix but it sadly died. Now safely in a refuse centre.
One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with Helpline is completely non existence no customer service person available no one calls you back or emails you back once they got your money they don't care about the customer Need alot more staff to handle the amount of work Have opened a dispute with the bank to get my £1300 back. It's a shame you can't give zero stars not even worthy of the one star
Purchased this spa GARDA 6, set up as per instructions, 24 hours later on 30c left another 24 hours now heater and filter does nothing , blocked me on social media messenger, blocked on warranty email , tried phoning ,no one available, filled contact form just received generic email saying 4 day response after 4 days get another email asking for photo, sent back now another 4 days to wait , £1424. wasted for a useless piece of equipment
All communication turned off.
Horrible customer service, waited 2 months for a hot tub that was due June, error with warehouse, replacement ordered, never arrived, 4 days to reply to emails, can't get through on phone, save your money and buy one elsewhere.
Customer service is really bad! You can't speak to any human and they don't reply back to emails save your money and go to another company 💯 this company have ruined my kids six weeks holiday I'm sat with a hottube which the heater and filter stopped working after using it once I will be going in for a refund EDIT: it Is in my partners name, and after 12 days of trying , we are finally in contact with EMMA who seems to be a lot more helpful, will edit post again if order us collected and refunded.
I would love to give a zero but I had to give a 1 they stole my money and I have NEVER Received my spa! They will not get back to you! I am out 605.00 all the good reviews are written by a company they have hired!
Warning. Do not purchase from this company. I never tend to write reviews as I’ve never really needed to, however people need to be warned. We purchased a £1200 foam spa to replace our 4 year old Lazy Spa and spent many hours considering replacing again with the same company or try with Wave. Decided on Wave but after 4 weeks heating stopped working and was really noisy. Since then customer service has been appalling. They respond every 4-5 days despite me emailing within minutes of their reply. Phone and chat is useless. I’m not taking legal action given they have not replaced the heating unit. Anyone considering purchasing I wouldn’t bother and stick with a Lazy Spa. My daughters have nothing to use now.

Horrible customer service, absolutely unresponsive. I ordered a hot tub 2 weeks ago, the mat arrived in 4 days the hot tub still hasnt shipped and the only way to contact the company is a chat feature that turns into an email. They claim 4 days for reponse, but I am still waiting. I am 2 days away from filing a claim with paypal and requesting a refund. Very disappointing.
Giving them 1 star is being generous. I ordered an inflatable hot tub from them for my daughter’s 17th birthday. When we tried to inflate the tub, we got nothing. It doesn’t work at all. It has been 4 weeks now and she still hasn’t gotten to use it. I tried the chat option online, tried calling the number provided, and I have emailed multiple times. They replied to me twice-although it was a 4-5 day wait after each message I sent. But they did not resolve anything. They gave me instructions to fix a totally different tub/control. I have never dealt with a company so incompetent. Especially for the amount of money I spent. I highly DISCOURAGE anyone from buying from them. I wish I had never heard of this company. I gave my daughter a hot tub that doesn’t work for her birthday. Thanks a lot, Wave Spa!

Jul 30,2024We ordered a Como octagonal tub from Wave Spa. Not only were they more than a month late delivering the tub, but when it arrived there was a leak in the heater and water gushed out every time we tried to fill it. Customer support is appalling - it takes days for each email to be responded to, they won't phone you to discuss issues, and they have so far been entirely unhelpful in solving the problem. The chatbot just offers generic solutions which are completely irrelevant. I would never use this company again.
