Well after a few months during the summer when it would have been easier to get a response from the King, Wave spas have upped their game. It was impossible to get through on the phone, emails went unanswered and customer reviews went off the scale with negative reviews including myself. Now, emails are responded to within 24 hrs and all the problems I had with orders and a malfunctioning heat/pump have been addressed. Responses are polite and helpful so thank you Wave from being less than 1 star to 5 stars now. I just hope that next summer you don’t have the same problem and manage to maintain your current performance. Thank you Dom, Paddy, Tom and Emma for sorting out my orders.
Issues with hot tub which could have been easily dealt with took months due to minimum 4 days to reply to each email and no phone number.
Can't find simple spares like screw on filters and filter socks
Had hottub for around 6 months, unfortunately it developed an error. Contacted Wave via online chat to report. Initially the response was slow in responding. However once contact was made resolved the issue fairly quickly & new heat pump was supplied.
Everything went wrong! Shipping got wrong items, then a leak, finally got it working and a couple months in the pump broke…. But couldn’t get all the videos in time and was out of warranty by a couple of days from purchase date. Months before I had the actual correct product. Will NEVER waste my money or time again. Horrible product, horrible customer support.

Cracking hot tubs very good after sales support for what ever you require.
We purchased our Wave last year and plan to keep it up throughout winter this year as winter is much milder in recent years. This was our 3rd spa and without doubt the quality of the pool is better than any other portable spa on the market. Controls are easy to follow and the bubbles provides relief and therapeutic massage to muscles. Superb product and recommend strongly.
3 heaters, 2 covers, 2 leaks all in 4 months, only been able to use it 5 times! The cover leaks water inside of it so you can’t remove it as it’s then too heavy! The heater is always failing, fault code HL will become a normal daily occurrence, these hot tubs are not fit for purpose, I’m confused how a company is allowed to trade like this nowadays and there’s no customer service phone number so everything goes through emails which take up to 4 days+ to get replies! Choose a different company to buy from there just not worth the stress!

Seam leaks in liner's This is my 3rd liner since July .I am not happy with this product or with only customer service email only policy.Since purchasing this product I have only been able to use hot tub maybe 10 times.If any more issues I would like a refund!!!!!!!!!!

I bought my hot tub initially from wave spa. The advice and service saved me money when I incorrectly ordered. Since then I have used Wave Spa for all my chemicals and accessories as they are value for money and really easy to use the testing sticks are clear and show what adjustments need to be made to the pool that even I easily manage.
Great people to deal with! Their support team of Michael, Tom and Paddy were quick to help with our problem. Walked us through and fixed the problem. They were very courteous! Would definitely recommend! Awesome support!
Never buy from this company . Please check out Facebook sites that have been set up for people venting frustrations over the faulty heaters, and terrible customer service . I finally managed to get a refund after weeks of chasing, many others are still experiencing frustrations. They seem to have a common fault on the foam heaters which failed wouldn’t regulate the temperature which Wave are fully aware and continue to sell the tubs. My heater failed within 2 weeks of setting up the tub.

Stay clear defective items not interested in sorting the faults won’t refund money luckily I used klarna to pay I eventually got my money back through Klarna
We purchased the Garda eco foam wave spa. This product has such potential but unfortunately the quality is just not there. After 2 months there is a leak so severe that the spa is unusable. This is well within the guarantee but the company is very slow to respond and just keeps asking for more photos and videos. This has been going on for over a month and we still no closer to any resolution. This has been a very expensive mistake and I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing.
