Nov 27,2024Do not go anywhere near this company Poor quality and poor customer service I paid £1300 for a foam spa that lasted only 10 months and when I tried to solve the problems with customer service I got sent on a wild goose chase so gave up in the end and binned it

Nov 27,2024Absolutely disgusting customer service. Hot tub heater broke within 5 weeks of purchase. Tried calling to speak to someone mo one gets back to you. 20 emails eventually they agreed to send another heater. I asked for refund- refused. Heater fitted and worked for 2 days. ! This company is an absolute joke. They have been on watchdog for same problems and they managed to reply to watchdog so why can’t they reply to customers! Will be contacting watchdog and Martin Lewis today and going to small claims court. Also any opportunity we get I will be leaving this review to warn customers. AVOID!!!!!! ****uodate **** The last replacement heater started smoking and smelled of burning! No thanks to another replacement!

I am so thankful for Tom I can’t express how happy I am and the weight that was lifted off my shoulders when Tom final resolved my issue, he is amazing. Thank you again for your time and help. Nov 26,2024we ordered a wave spa and was happy a whole month then the problems started. The water temperature did not go up past 28. We contacted Wave so many times till we put a bad review on here, they then send us a second hand pump and it was leaking from day one so we still cannot use our wave spa. We have emailed over 200 times tried to ring them and left many bad reviews. If i can give anyone advice DO NOT BUY A WAVE SPA THEY ARE RUBBISH !!!! and the customer care does not get back to you. They are thieves

Nov 26,2024From Day 1 a complete failure, ordered with next day delivery and did not turn up, tried to contact Wave spa but no reply, When it did turn up we didn’t even take it off the van just sent it back and contacted Wave spa for a refund however not reply, After numerous attempts to contact eventually got a response asking if i had returned it and would i like a discount and have it redelivered I replied and asked for a complete refund, I got an acknowledgment saying it was being processed and would be back in the account in 5 days, however after a number of weeks still no money so contacted again and was assured it would be done.Still no refund after refusing delivery on 16/08/2024 we still have not had a refund so as of today can only assume you are deliberately trying to defraud us and have passed all correspondence to the credit card company

If you’re curious about hot tubs but want to avoid the hassle of converting your electrical system, pouring a pad, and so on, this is the perfect solution! We managed to assemble ours and have it up and running in just a few hours. It’s truly a game-changer. We use ours every day. It’s effortless to maintain, incredibly relaxing, and has really changed the way we utilize our yard. We had tried a blow-up hot tub before this, which was not energy efficient at all. This one is a big improvement on that front. The staff is also super helpful and went above and beyond to support us when we had questions for them and they’re good people. We recommend that you give them a try if you’re considering a hot tub and are on the fence. We would choose Wave if we were to do it all over again.

Nov 20,2024Spa is Great. Works fine apart from it always loses 2-3⁰ when you're in it and then i have to switch it off till it drops below 30⁰ before it will heat up again. Makes it impossible to use it more than every other 3 days. Is this a fault or just the way it is?

Nov 14,2024The four person Wave spa that we have is so relaxing after a day of working on the ranch. The spa is easy to maintain and the heater and bubbler works very well. I am pleased with the spa. I'm 73 years old and it was an easy set up.

Nov 14,2024This is a great product with a good integration of the heater/bubbles unit into the side wall of the hot tub. That saved a lot of space around the perimeter, also, the well insulated walls not only keep the water hot for long periods but, helps with noise levels of the bubble unit. Not that it’s that noisy, it’s one of the quieter models I’ve used.

Nov 07,2024An update from my previous review. After writing the last review, Wavespa got in touch very quickly and to cut a very long story short (10 months) agreed to replace the 4 person spa. Unfortunately they didn't have them in stock but would send a 6 person and 10% refund. Very reasonable, but with it only being myself and the wife a 6 person is way to big and not what we wanted, so i requested a full refund, now this is what bugged me the most over the past 10 months, i was informed that with a smugness throughout the email that i was out of the 3 month refund policy (even though wavespa took delivery of my defective spa, lost it, lied about it, making my chase the courier company they organised, and finally admitting that they have 'missed placed' it) and basically take it or leave it. So i took it, i now have 3 huge boxes in the hallway as i wait for someone to buy the brand new, in box spa off a well known auction website (at a very discounted price btw) and i have still not received the 10% refund for all the recorded delivery letters I've had to send, phone calls to make and finally advertising the spa for sale just to get my money back. Great Spa's but the customer service and flippancy of the problem which they caused is astonishing, if anyone wants a brand new spa at a very discounted price check ebay, i have one for sale.

Nov 30,2024Steer clear!!! Looks like the answer - but!! My partner ordered the Wave Spa as an entry into hot tub ownership. If Eave read this ordered by Jeannine Lewis not me. The heater failed after 2 uses. We had to empty the spa, to test following the instructions and of course having to refill again as the heater unit is built in. Shocking design to deal with issues. Finally they agreed to replace the heater with a refurbished one - refilled again (3000 litres of water now) and the same problem with the refurbed heater. (HL fault). We also had a an additional problem that the thermostat doesn’t work and despite setting at 37 degrees just kept rising to 42 degrees. So 3 uses in total, 30 mins in the spa and useless, simply not fit for purpose. Out old heater will no doubt end up with someone else and we will get another crap one, if they decide to respond at all. We will be requesting a refund on the basis it’s not fit for purpose and compensation for the 3000 litres of water. *update 3/12/24 Wave have offered to refund us the full amount as the product is not right clearly. They only want the heater unit back not the rest of the spa so we now have to get rid of that ourselves too.
