Worst company I've ever dealt with. Sent me a defective hot tub and refused to let me return it. The heating unit will not work so we have an unusable hot tub and we're out $600. Do not purchase from this horrible company. I already gave them details numerous times and they refuse to help me. What a joke of a company. If they do end up refunding my money I'll update this review but I'm not hopeful.

Do not buy!!!! I have been sent a faulty spa. heater is faulty, the bars and frame is faulty and keep popping out and the full roof and top is water logged. We used it once and then couldn’t use it again. Complained as soon as this happened, sent images and such within the first 30 days. They only addressed one of our complaints and not the remainder and now we have a £1500 spa we’ve paid for, not able to use as it isn’t working at all and they are refusing to refund us. I’m unable to fill the unit as it’s faulty yet they won’t do anything about it until we show the faulty codes on the unit again. Complete waste of money and appalling customer service. Save your money and either buy a lazy spa for a fraction of the cost or invest in a REAL hot tub and not this cheap rubbish. Truly terrible product and I wish I hadn’t wasted my money. We are gutted.

Paid £10 for sat delivery. It didn’t show - half came Monday but went missing as we were at work and half arrived Tuesday. Tbf email communication was good throughout. Only bought in winter to take advantage of 5% sale. Will erect in spring and fingers crossed the designers are better than the logistics team 😬

Excellent customer service from the team at WaveSpas. We ordered our Como Spa & set it up the weekend before Christmas, but unfortunately after filling it up we discovered a leak.1st thing Monday morning I let the customer service team know, & sent a photo of the issue (a crack in the heating unit which was likely damaged in transit). A shiny new heating unit arrived before 9am the next day (which was Christmas Eve!), which meant we had the tub up & running in time for Christmas! Since then the tub has been running just fine, and is a great product. I was really impressed with the excellent customer service I received from WaveSpas, most notably from Sofia who managed to get us a next day delivery, on Christmas Eve!

Sent wrong colour replacement liner which we excepted but now waiting for replacement lid to match liner and has been weeks yet says on email they have sorted it

We were recently blown away by the wonderful customer service at Wave Spas and in particular Sofia and Michael. We had a problem with our 3 year old spa (which we always put up at for Christmas) and this was addressed with great efficiency and friendly customer service. I can't praise them enough tbh. Thank you Wave Spas and Merry Christmas.

The new heater/pump failed after 3 months, another new one failed after 2 weeks and a refurbished one didn't work when it arrived. This means that I have only had three months' use out of the last 6 months and it has had other less serious problems. It has caused me enormous stress and unhappiness and even though they said they were going to arrange a refund, they are now refusing to do so. One of the heater/pumps leaked all the exposed electrical wires, the other hot tub overheated dangerously and took 36 hours to cool down below 40C. Anyone could have been injured in either of those, luckily they were not. The staff are not surprised by those problems at all and can give no explanation and no assurances about the safety or reliability of the equipment.

I was given a replacement liner for my spa as the previous one was faulty as the seams had all come away. However the liner wasnt compatible with my existing set up so is useless. Despite numerous emails the company no longer communicates with me....very disappointed. This was the email I got from you in November...."I have looked into this and can see that the order was cancelled due to lack of stock. I have passed this over our products team and will provide you with an update as soon as I am able." You did not get back to me!!

Do NOT buy from this company, my product arrived in July, it worked for 1 week. It took 6 weeks of arguing to get a replacement heater. The new heater still does not keep heat at 40, it will not heat above 36 degrees. After numerous emails asking for a refund they say I'm outside the 30 days to return. I have been asking for a refund for months now. Product does not work! The lid collapses in the rain too. Thanks for the reply but that's just a fob off! You've had more info through email and say you will do nothing!

The Spa is very robust and hard wearing we opted for the square 6 person one. It was easy to put together and is strong and sturdy. We would definately recommend the Spa and Wave as a company. Their customer service is excellent and Sofia has sorted any minor issue we had very quickly.

Selling a product not fit for use. I purchased my first spa from Wave; a rigid foam and it was awesome. After a few years and a few issues I decided to treat myself to the new upgraded model. Double the price. One heater lasted 24 hours, the replacement lasted a week, the third replacement lasted long enough for me to try actually using; the cover has took in so much water ( internally)I can’t move it, and still can’t use product. So sad that such a great product has been replaced by something so awful. Customer service is an email address… hit and miss whether you will receive support. Most responses seem to be AI… Not a product you should risk £1400 on. This product hasn’t been properly tested. They have happily sent replacements, but each replacement faulty as the first… cheaper to send you stock they know is is no good than give you your money back. Not holding my breath I will get a refund, as this company is clearly getting rid of bad stock: continuing to sell stock with Black Friday deals despite many complaints.
