These clowns offered me a 20% discount to keep a broken toaster oven as if that wasn't a fire hazard or something. They also refused to do a simple exchange so if I wanted to return it and get a new one I would have to pay standard price when I got the item at a discount.

Ordered an item 12 days ago. Still hasn’t shipped. When I write customer service, all they say is they will put in an investigation to try and locate my item in the warehouse, and I should hear back from them within 10 days. When I say, I would rather have a refund, they say not possible because it has shipped, except they just said in the sentence beforehand that it has not yet shipped and I. An see from the Fed Ex tracker that it hasn’t shipped. Beyond ridiculous. I’ve ordered from Wayfair in the past with no issues even when something was wrong, Customer service was quick to remedy the situation. Unfortunately, I see that it is no longer a reputable company. Re: their response below. lol- a 10% coupon code on a future order that expires in 2 months does not remedy the fact that I still have an order that says estimated delivery December 12th- it’s December 16th, with no refund or update 15 days from when I initially ordered. I already filed a dispute so I will be refunded one way or the other.

I ordered a mirror with attached shelf. Listed as 24x18. Received 18x24. Mirror with attached shelf is directional and does not fit. Wayfair continued to ask for more and more pictures and would not move forward with the return though it was clearly the wrong description or wrong item.

Awful experience! Our 1st purchase with Wayfair will be our last for sure. We waited over a week to receive our item to be informed on the day of delivery that our furniture would not arrive for another week. Customer service is a joke. No wonder they have lawsuits

I will not shop with Wayfair ever again! My purchase was crap. The table I bought looks embarrassingly cheap. It’s ridiculous that a customer should have to pay shipping to return a damaged product. Wayfair would be glad to set up a return? For $39! Ridiculous

I ordered waited several months CONTACTED WAYFARE THEY HAD TO REORDER. REORDERED THRU TEMU ITEM WAS DELIVERED TO A CITY (TRACKING NUMBER SHOWED NO ADDRES JUST A CITY) 4 hours away from where I live. A shed a large shed just dropped off in a random city. Wayfarer recorded again to arrive this time by Dec. 12th (today is Dec. 11th) they are ghosting my emails ans NO TRACKING NUMBER. 1st time ordering LAST TIME ORDERING. THEY KEPT MY MONEY SO AM FILING FRAUD CHARGES WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY,

I ordered a rug on 12-4-24. It did not appear on Wayfair app but my credit card was charged. I reached out to Wayfair chat customer service many times. It kept switching reps and I had to start my inquiry over each time. The messages were robotic. They kept saying it was delivered. I tried calling the customer service number the last rep provided 877-929-3247 and it kept disconnecting. I googled other numbers to call and finally connected with a live agent, Kayla who told me the order wasn’t shipped yet because of delays. I tried to cancel but she said it was too late and I’d have to pay a shipping charge if I ever received it. In the meantime I ordered another rug from Amazon with 3 days expected delivery. Do not order from Wayfair. It is a very deceptive company and very frustrating to speak with someone live and impossible to resolve issues. I received the rug on 12-12, after I wrote this review. The rug is fine except it was sent roll up( the only way it could) and the sides are curling up. I’ll try ironing it with a light towel and low heat to flatten it out. The issue was resolved but I’m still upset with the lack of accurate communications at customer service chat.

Purchased Christmas Tree and 2 days later even before delivery same tree went on sale for $l5 less. Contacted customer service to get price adjustment and was told they do not participate in price match even in their own company. Upon returning original tree and reordering price drop tree, Wayfair charges return shipping fees that equated to $23 higher. I cancelled replacement tree and making complaint for dirty tactics.

*Update December 30, 2024*: My original review had someone at Wayfair replying to it and requesting that I contact them directly to discuss. I did so and was immediately told the same thing I'd previously been told. I responded and asked if I could please be connected with the department that responds on Trustpilot. That was 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything since. Original post: I just had such a frustrating experience with this awful company. I have spent so much time talking to customer service that I don't have the bandwidth to type my entire experience out here... but basically they are charging me hundreds of dollars to return an item that I cancelled BEFORE it shipped. Zero help or understanding from a company that I thought was about customer service. What's even crazier is this order is being shipped by their own internal freight company and yet they refused to cancel the shipment even though it was still in their warehouse.

Dont buy something to wayfair!! We bought a closet to this company and also paid the assembly but that guy never to come.. we called the company several times but nothing happened!!

I've had two orders totaling over $1500 be cancelled by Wayfair this month with almost no communication. I've had to call them every day just for updates, which are almost always wrong. I don't believe they have access to the items they are selling, and they are working with shady resellers. I have used Wayfair in the past with great success. I don't know what changed, but just buy somewhere else.

Not happy with the service. My delivery was Re-scheduled twice after confirming the day of delivery. Product was damaged and they didn't even finished assembling the items so they rescheduled again for another day. I missed three different days of work and still don't have my items

Beware of Wayfair's shady refund practices. I purchased two $600+ nightstands that arrived damaged, and Wayfair offered a $300 partial refund so I wouldn’t have to return them. Two weeks later—after the return period expired—they reversed the refund and falsely claimed my photos didn’t show the item. To make matters worse, they charged my credit card without authorization. Now I’m stuck with damaged furniture and no resolution. Absolutely unacceptable and unethical. Shop elsewhere!

Do not EVER use Wayfair unless you are absolutely positive you are going to keep the item. I am out over $300 - for the privilege of seeing some counter stools that looked clunky and much too heavy for my petite bar. They charged me $80 for shipping one way, it's going to cost me $80 to ship them the other way, plus I paid $100 for assembly, And now I have to pay someone else to disassemble them and try to put them back in the boxes they came in because they can't be returned otherwise. The company has no customer service, and there is no White Glove delivery. They do not care about their customers. You get what you pay for, but in this case I didn't get what I paid for, I got totally ripped off.

I bought a recliner and when it was delivered FedEx just threw it off the truck into the wet grass. The chair itself broke after just 2 weeks. I called to return it but they told me it had to be repacked and returned in it's original container and I would have to pay for return shipping. Well the box was destroyed after being thrown off the truck! They gave me a 10% store credit and the chair can't even be given to Goodwill. I ordered a tablet holder with the credit and it broke within 24hours of receipt. I should have just used my money to build a fire in the fireplace. Run run run!!!

BEWARE BEWARE!!!! I ordered a item it came broken in the box I send pictures to show them took a week to write me back after I send the pictures to come back and ask for more pictures then wait another two weeks just for a response I call give me the run around so I ask for a REFUND then came back to ask me to send back a broken item that’s in piece and JUST GIVE ME HALF OF MY MONEY BACK I WILL NEVER I MEAN NEVER SHOP AT THIS COMPANY AGAIN BEWARE OF WHERE YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY!!!!!!😡😡😡😡

I purchased three chairs only to find out that there was only two and they were actually discontinued, I called to ask to cancel both chairs because I was told there were three, and I needed all three to go with three more I purchased elsewhere. Mind You Wayfair‘s Chairs where over $300 and the three I purchased from Classy were only &177. I was told I would get a refund in 3-5 business days, Customer Service said it processing My refund and I haven’t seen it yet, it’s been well over 5 Days already. It was no problem taking any Money, but I sure can’t get it back.

It’s horrible service, I order a package and I try to cancel it within 30 minutes of ordering it and they said a day and a half later That it’s too late after waiting to confirm if it was cancelled. Now I have to pay a fee of 55 dollars to send it back. So if you’re not happy with your package and they make the pictures of the furniture look like it’s good but it’s really not. The cancellation process is just horrible
