I purchased a desk from Wayfair among other item. When unpacking the desk, the leg was damaged. I called Wayfair and they had to let the manufacturer know. The manufacturer came back wanting to send a replacement part or 30% refund. I wanted to return it and get a full refund and I’m getting resistance from the manufacturer. Be cautious when buying from here. If not happy, returns are not easy.

Would give a zero if I could. I've been a consistent customor for years, ordering thousands of dollars worth of furniture - never again. I ordered a set of two red leather chairs. One cushion was destroyed on one of the chairs by a dog. I called to ask for a replacement cushion. The first time I called I was told they would send a replacement at no charge. That's great, but I'm happy to pay. However that call got disconnected before we finished. Called for the third time (disconneted on second call as well) and was told they will not report a problem or request a replacement becuase it's been past 30 days. Even though I will pay? Blaine then suggested I buy two new chairs, which cost almost $1000, even though I only need one seat cushion. The policy is beyond absurd and his suggestion ridiculous. Regardless of how long it's been since a purchase is made, Wayfair should assist with replacment parts, especially if the customer is paying for them! The customer service is a joke. They've lost me as a customer forever.

Theo and Curtis were the drivers for one of my larger orders. I needed to change the delivery and Theo was amazing helping me change the date AND location for the delivery to get it here around the holidays. He was so kind and professional! It’s been a while since I’ve had such intentional customer service!

Horrible. Ordered inflatable hot tub, heater went out two weeks later. Wayfare said they would send a replacement heater, than 3 days later cancelled the order.

If I could rate a ZERO I would! I have only ordered 3 items from Wayfair, but I can promise you there will NEVER be a fourth!! I'm remodeling my bathroom and decided to take a chance on ordering the vanity, mirror, and light from Wayfair. ALL THREE WERE DISASTERS! Besides being extremely late, I could get NO ONE in customer service to ever even give half an effort at correcting either of the three issues! On the 3rd, I finally said to just cancel the order, and they wanted to charge me shipping to cancel an order that had not even shipped yet!!!! Take a second to ponder that one!! They are the most pathetic excuse for a company I think I have ever dealt with and they ha e received my last dollar! ....but I will tell everyone I know every single time I can!

Contrary to the negative reviews (trust pilot seems to attract them), I tried Wayfair for a set of pots and pans since they had the best price. And I was very satisfied - they were shipped promptly and arrived before promised.

BUYER BEWARE OF WAYFAIR! Rug color is awful - faded and washed out. Does not come close to the color on line. Buyers beware because Wayfair gives you the absolute run around when trying to return a item. Upon delivery of the rug I called to complain of the color discrepancy. Supplier indicated I would be getting a Prepaid return label. I had to call twice only to find out from a very rude customer service rep name Jo, who had the facts twisted and threaten to hang up that Prepaid label means I have to pay for returning shipping fee! Wayfair offers a 2 tier pricing return. Depends on whether Fedex picks it up or you take it to Fedex. Free shipping & Prepaid has a different meaning to the folks at Wayfair. I will not do business with them again.....

I ordered an electric fireplace for $286. It fell apart as soon as we put it together! I sent a message and they told me they couldn't help me because I discarded the particular board in trash. I guess they wanted me to mail back broken cheap particular board back to them! Never shopping there again!

Reviews are horrible. Your commercial with Kelly is too disgusting with her saying "fudge". We all know the word that was intended. Will not order from Mayfair.

EDITING TO ADD: Wayfair’s response is misleading. I demanded to speak to a supervisor, which is why I explicitly said “when I asked for fair compensation, my request was dismissed!” I wouldn’t be writing this review if I felt that Wayfair addressed this situation properly. This situation is beyond frustrating. I ordered a computer desk for my work-from-home setup since I’ve been working off a picnic table. At the time of purchase, there was no indication that the desk was backordered. I decided to the wait three months, trusting it would ship as scheduled. When the time finally came for the desk to ship, the shipping date kept getting delayed—I would receive an email with one arrival date, only to get another email pushing it back. I finally decided to call Wayfair to inquire, and that’s when I was told the desk wouldn’t arrive for almost a year! Yep, you heard that right!!! I would have had to wait a whole year for this desk! Wayfair should have been upfront about this from the start. Because of their lack of transparency, I missed out on all the Black Friday sales. If I’d known the truth, I would have canceled my order and purchased a desk from another company during those sales. When I asked for fair compensation, my request was dismissed. Despite previous negative experiences, I gave Wayfair another chance, but this is the last straw. I’m so disappointed.

I’ve ordered a few items on two different occasions this year and the same thing happened both times: of the items I ordered, at least half didn’t arrive but Wayfair and their lackeys at FedEx marked them as delivered and FedEx used the same picture of one box as proof that several items were delivered in a single box. Next, Wayfair fought me about about whether the item was delivered. Then they said that they had sold out of the item and took forever to refund my money. I can’t say for sure that Wayfair has fraudulent intentions, but I can point out the coincidences and that, both times, the effect was the same as if they had fraudulent intentions. I will never buy anything from Wayfair again

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Wayfair purchases and, more recently, with a concern regarding stolen Wayfair gift cards. Of the 4 companies I contacted following the theft of gift cards I purchased for their stores, Wayfair's CS was the only one who didn't immediately try to direct me elsewhere. Instead, they took time to investigate what happened and provided me with actionable information about what had happened. While they didn't refund me the gift card balances (hence, the 4 starts), they at least took the issue seriously and did their best to prevent any future thefts.

Wayfair charged me for a canceled item that was never delivered to my home. They still charged me $182 for delivery prior to anything being delivered. This went against their own publicized return policy. I will never buy anything from this company again. AND, I am being a consumer advocate by warning others.

I ordered a framed poster for a Christmas gift. When I placed the Order, it said "Estimated Delivery: Between Thursday, December 19 and Monday, December 23". After about a week of not receiving a shipping notification, I logged in to check on the item. Now, it is back ordered, and not expected to arrive until Thursday, January 02, 2025. When I placed the Order, it was NOT back-ordered, and I never received any notification (email or otherwise) from Wayfair notifying me of this change in status, or that it would no longer arrive until after Christmas. Now, it's too late to order it from somewhere else to arrive in time. When I contacted Customer Service, they told me there was nothing they could do but cancel the Order. It was all just a script response. Awful. Very, very, very disappointed with Wayfair. 2024-12-22 UPDATE: The email referenced in their response below was merely for 15% off, which they did not auto apply or anything. The item itself has not shipped or moved at all. 2025-01-08 UPDATE: Still having received no shipping update or information about my Order, I used the customer chat again. They agreed there has been "no movement" on my Order and sent out a "replacement" due to arrive next week (so they have them lying around to ship a replacement, but never my original order?). This is absolutely absurd. I will never ever shop on Wayfair again. 2025-01-13 UPDATE: It still has not shipped, and it is officially over one month later. I live chatted with customer service again, who said they will "open a ticket with our warehouse to investigate the shipping status" and that "the supplier will provide an update as soon as possible." This is insanity. 2025-01-22 UPDATE: Same nonsense, different day. No response from the warehouse, it still hasn't shipped. Today, the live chat agent ghosted me, so no response or help the first time around - I had to end and restart the live chat to get a response. When the chat restarted, I was told that "this issue has been escalated to our specialized team. They will reach out to you within 3-5 business days with the resolution." Just more of a run around, with no improvement. 2025-01-22 UPDATE: I received an email that a replacement had been sent out. I will see it when I believe it. 2025-02-12 UPDATE: Having received no shipping information for the SECOND replacement order, I AGAIN live-chatted with Wayfair's customer service. At this point, I am just in it to see what happens here. I can already tell you that I'm never buying anything from Wayfair, nor their sister companies, ever again, and I'm telling everyone I know about this - but I am just in this to see how it plays out. In any event, a THIRD replacement was ordered. We'll see. 2025-02-21 FINAL UPDATE: No surprise, again, it never shipped. I contacted Customer Service who offered me a FOURTH replacement. I threw in the towel, and asked my Order be cancelled. I will never be ordering from Wayfair or any of its sister companies again - there's no point. Not worth the hassle AND you never even get the item!

I ordered a table paid for it they kept saying it was on its way never got it they canceled it without my knowledge and now say it’s out of stock now I have 4 chairs with no table … I will never order from them again

I received a defective dresser that came with no hardware or instructions. I requested the hardware and they are refusing to do anything to help me. I am left with a worthless box of pieces of wood that I can't put together. Their suggestion was to buy the hardware from a hardware store or seek a professional furniture builder! Worst customer service ever!

If I could leave less than 1 star review I would! Ridiculous experience right off the start! Customer support is no support, general answers, all about “we do not guarantee this and that” and just ending the chat, they probably got tired of me trying to figure out why I can’t get what I paid for on time, or my money back for “extra fast” delivery. I wanted to surprise my husband with new bed before holidays, total order was over $1100, I ordered 3 items, paid extra for express delivery. Two items with no express delivery is in the way, but the one with express delivery is still hasn’t even been shipped yet, even though it shows delivery today (dec 17th). And they told me not to worry, no more than 10 days it will be updated! Really!!?? Too much for express delivery! I asked for the money back for express delivery as the item hasn’t even left the warehouse yet, but they refused. General answers, left me as a customer angry and frustrated!! Never again will I pay for upgraded service in any way. Will see when the item with express delivery will come if it even will. First time ordering there and already disappointed with it!!!! Update: It’s Dec 22, and the item is still hasn’t left the warehouse facility in GA. I’ve requested a refund for express delivery via calling customer support, they “registered” my request but no one other updates yet. I also called to request a refund for an item, at this point I don’t need that item and planning to request a refund and return it without even opening it. How long will it take to get my money back? I don’t know. PS: two other items bed frame and mattress are good quality and arrived as was expected (without express delivery). But the rest of it is a mess. I just want my money back for “express delivery” and item! An update February 2025: Got refund back for an item because I did not even opened a box, it was pretty easy via pick up option. Also got refund for an express delivery which wasn't provided. Thanks!

Absolutely terrible - ordered on on Dec 6 a Christmas gift showing as in stock and arriving well ahead of the holidays. On Dec 17 dot an email that it was backordered and will not deliver till mid-March. Customer care was absolutely unhelpful and didn't even own how terrible the experience has been.

I ordered a cultured marble vanity top. When it arrived, it was damaged. Then starts the nightmare. I called Wayfair and they said a replacement was in order. I never received an email stating when I would receive the replacement, so I called after 7 days. I was told the replacement would be here in 2 days. Then I received 2 emails stating the order was cancelled. Then I received another email stating I would receive an email with a tracking number. So now, I called again and was told there were delays and my top would be delivered in 11 more days. Now while all these delays are going on, I have no bathroom facilities to even wash my hands.
