Fantastic ticket vendor, the complete opposite of the scalping sites that are so frequent nowadays. Terrific after sales care where you are dealt with by a human rather than an un-navigable bot-menu. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I had tickets for an gig that was cancelled at the last minute because the artist has covid, wegottickets sent me an email and a text letting me know, which I got just before we set off on the hour long journey and they refunded me for the tickets right away without me even having to ask. I didn't get the booking fee back but didn't expect to, and their fee was less than on the other ticket sites. For how much trouble they saved me I reckon it's fair enough. Great company, will always use them over the other ticket sites when I can.

The folks at WeGotTickets are fabulous! They are ALWAYS super helpful and normally reply to a query email within the same working day or next working day (if sent at the weekend). It truly never seems like anything is a bother and they were so supportive when I first set up our WeGotTickets accounts - even for an old dinosaur lik me they maanged to get me through the process & helped me set up my first event.

Same as written by many other commenters we only received a partial refund from we got tickets when a event was cancelled. I have never ever experienced this sort of outcome anywhere else and received the same stock reply copied by many here. Frankly I feel very cheated

They cancelled the booking and they’re not refunding the full amount. It’s not my fault, it’s the organiser. Go get the money from organiser then why are you punishing me for using your services? I will NEVER use wegottickets ever again.

I made a simple mistake and needed help to find lost Tickets . The team from WGT replied immediately r e out of hours to ensure everything was ok and we had a great night… Brilliant service

WeGotTickets are everything you want a service company to be. Their excellent communication skills ask the right questions of both the promoter and the ticket purchaser. We've used them for the best part of ten years and they are great !

Tickets for on line performance bought and confirmation email received stating that an access code would be emailed prior to the performance. No code was sent! Caused large amount of angst. An apology was received today from WeGotTickets saying that it was down to human error not really sure an apology is enough recompense for the upset and inconvenience.

Was unable to attend Ballboy gig and assumed my £30 was to be put down to experience. As the concert was sold out they agreed a full refund. Many thanks to Will at We got tickets for all your help.👍

Great staff who were all extremely polite, professional and helpful. Emails were answered quickly and my problem (my fault) was sorted with no hassle. Special thanks to Will, Danny and Aidan. Excellent service

I was unable to log into the zoom meeting because the event organizer did not email me a code entrance so I was unable to listen to the online talk. I would like a refund from the event organizer as the blame is on their part as I had already paid for the ticket and turned up online but could not enter the zoom meeting.

I contacted the company to ask about a refund early this morning and was very disappointed to receive a reply late afternoon (when refunds are not accepted after 4pm) meaning there was little time for me to explain my circumstances. However when I said we were both testing positive for covid the company was quite understanding and although unable to offer me another event was prepared to refund me. Thank you, much appreciated especially as feeling very unwell.
