bought an extra ticket which I wanted to release/ resell to someone that wants to go. My friend could no longer attend who I bought the ticket for and the show was sold out. after speaking with "we got tickets" they have now re posted the ticket for people on the waiting list and also will refund me. so the ticket will not go to waste now. thanks
Aiden got back to us very quickly with the fact could not down load ticket becuse Microsoft is not very help full when it comes to change telephone number and up dateing acount.with this refrance number will not have any problems geting in to venue .thanks Aidren
Having dealt with my original booking very smoothly, WGT reacted extremely rapidly when I contacted them to say that we could not make the gig this evening due to illness. Sad to miss what I know will be a great gig, but delighted that the tickets will enable two others to enjoy it!
I had booked in for a two-day stand up comedy course with Laughing Horse comedy. Unfortunately, a medical condition had deteriorated since taking up a slot and with the timing clashing with the FA cup semi-finals, where my local team would be competing I was concerned for my health if I'd had to travel to London with carriages filled with rowdy fans. I was unsure if I was entirely covered by my sick note and could not process the requested switch by the website as my computer did not seem to be compatible. I simply emailed Wegottickets and they happily offered to switch either dates or venue so that I could attend under less stressful conditions. Their responses were swift (I sent my first email on a Sunday evening and got a response within a few hours) courteous and reassuring. There are many bigger companies that could learn from this level of customer service. 10 out of 10!

Honest ticketing? Not really. I bought the insurance along with tickets. Got covid before the gig with three positive tests. Stayed away as not to infect anyone. Let your refund team know way before the gig. Now I can't get a refund unless I provide a £40 doctors letter or proof that I contacted the doctor. It's the third time I have had covid, nobody calls the doctor for covid! If I called the doctor for covid the advice would be stay at home. That’s all. So, my money is being kept by you. Awful!!! Even WITH ticket plan protection that I bought!!
Unable to attend the event due to the recent adverse weather conditions-WeGotTickets won’t refund ! Absolutely shocking experience. What are we expected to do -risk our lives driving in snow & ice ! WeGotTickets -show a little duty of care for your customers!
PLEASE BE WARNED. Prompt service but show cancelled. We received ticket value back but not the booking fee. I totally understand the booking fee would of been none refunded if I had cancelled. But booking fee for 8 customers none refunded is very disappointing.

Why aren't all ticketing agencies this good? They don't have hidden expensive charges, they have good, quick customer service and just easy to deal with. I had tickets booked for a gig this evening but couldn't go due to illness. They simply reissued the tickets in another name and I sent them to a friend so they wouldn't be wasted.
I would like to say how refreshing it is to deal with a ticket selling site who swapped tickets I had booked as I couldn't make the original date and rebooked them for a later date without any quibble or admin charges. Thank you for that. You are a shining example in the murky world of ticket resellers.
Wouldn't normally leave comments here but just got such a quick and helpful response from Aiden at WeGotTickets for a query. Always liked using them when I promoted gigs, but just as happy as a ticket buyer.
