After buying tickets for a performance subsequently cancelled, I requested a refund. This was processed within 24 hours. Excellent, unlike other ticket agencies I could mention.
I wasnt able to attend the rescheduled event and contacted Customer Services via the message service. Had a quick reply from Aiden in customer services to say the refund would be in my account within a couple of days. Great service
Due to covid the festival I had booked was rearranged 3 times and now isn’t till next year and I am unable to attend due to other commitments. This company has been very efficient in keeping me updated and responded to emails in a very timely manner
I've just used WeGotTickets for the first time. It was easy to set up and promote my event and initially I was impressed with their quick response to questions. However two of my regular customers have bought tickets and then didn't receive any communication from WeGotTickets. They should have received a confirmation email containing essential information details about the event. I was hoping that WeGotTickets would save time and minimise potential for errors, but at the moment it's creating extra work and anxiety as I'm in danger of alienating loyal customers.

First class customer service! The concert we had planned to go to had been cancelled but we had purchased the tickets. The sales representative, Aidan, couldn’t have been any more helpful with organising a full refund.
If I could give 0 stars I would . Booked Omid Djalili on Sunday , paid £133 for a table for 8 .Monday WeGotTickets cancelled the event . They refunded £128 only , stating the extra £5 was a booking fee that could not be refunded . What a rip off . Will think twice before booking in future . Their motto is ‘simple, honest booking ‘ . I don’t think so !!!
Danny and Aiden have both been extremely helpful in aiding me in obtaining a refund from your partner company, without their assistance I seriously doubt I would be getting to a satisfactory conclusion with Encore. Thankyou!

Honestly could not be more amazed by the fast and friendly service I recieved by Danny Evans :) from start to finish the process was completely a dream in getting my tickets swapped. I could not be more impressed and hope their manager gets the opportunity to see this and award the service.
I would appreciate if the team at WeGotTickets were more consistent around refunds, as refunds have been offered to its other customers after the supposed ‘cut off date’ earlier this year. My partner and I are unable to attend the new dates for the Om and Bass festival we bought tickets for and would like a refund. I was unable to respond to emails before 25th March because of my work situation being extremely busy (just prior to the lockdown). I did email WeGotTickets a day later and enquired about deferring our tickets initially, but now having reassessed our financial situation we’re no longer in a position to do so. It also seems 1 email that was sent on 19th March regarding a cut-off point just 6 days later on 25th March for claiming a refund seems totally unjust.

the event we had booked for was postponed/canceled. I emailed asking for a FULL refund expecting many hassles. Not at all - Steve was most helpful and efficient - no quibbles and my refund should be with me in about 3-5 days. Am most impressed
