Two separate booking fees when purchasing two tickets simultaneously. Very unfair.
Hi. I was ready and waiting to watch Nina Conti on 03-18-21 at 8:00 pm Daylight savings time in New York — but the Zoom window just kept saying “Waiting for Host to start meeting.”” But I waited for over 20 minutes — nothing. 🙁 I am currently a very UN-satisfied customer. I hope you can assist me to help turn my frown upside-down… Can you tell me what I might be missing here? And how long will that event be available for my viewing? Thank you. - Donald
I bought 2 tickets for an event, then discovered that I only needed to buy one. I realised that refunds are not possible, so I contacted Customer Support, who transferred my extra ticket to my daughter the next day without a quibble.
I thought i had misplaced a ticket bought last year. Sent an e-mail explaining my situation....Danny got in touch within 12 hours and pointed out I was refunded in May 2020. My bad....Bought 3 more tickets....happy Danny pointed out my mistake or I might have missed out on tickets. Great service Danny Thank You. Looking forward to the Gig and using WeGotTickets again in the near future👍
Easy to use and worked really well. The only reason 4 not 5 stars, is that the instructions for the on-line event where not very clear, leading us to have to email just before the event to ask. However, we got a response very quickly and all was good to go! Great comedy evening was had. Thanks
I contacted customer support as I hadn't received confirmation. Aiden was very helpful - clear explanation of the process and a direct offer of support if the link didn't arrive. I felt confident it would be sorted out if any problem. Liked that it went back to the same person (if it did!). (Milton Jones 12 Feb - loved it!)
A very prompt and helpful response to a question about a refund for a cancelled show to a credit card that I no longer hold. No attempt to blame Covid for lack of customer service which seems to be so often the norm currently. Will have no hesitation booking through them again.
I contacted WeGotTickets about a concert cancelation query, and had a reply within 10 minutes explaining my options clearly. Very impressed and satisfied.
I wrote this morning (Saturday) asking for my money to be refunded due to Covid19 and although the automated reply said that they work Monday - Friday, I have just had a reply saying that my money has been refunded. Excellent service, thanks
I accidently booked two tickets for a streamed event instead of one, and got a very prompt refund - very impressed. The gig was excellent too! :)

just to balance events i left a poor review last week as felt it was unjust booking fees not refunded when shows cancelled through no fault of mine Now received e mail advising as a gesture of good will they will refund so thank you

There is online ticketing and there is a company that gives you some customer service and cares about their customers. We got tickets appears to be the latter - contactable and responsive. Much appreciated.

Apr 08,2021Due to the current situation a lot of us who have purchased tickets for a concert we were expecting to attend last year are still waiting for a reschedule date and getting back to normality. Well yesterday nearly a year since the originally scheduled date for a concert me and my better half were looking forward to attending received the new date. Unfortunately it clashes with another event that we've already organised accommodation for. So I contacted WeGotTickets hoping to organise a refund. In less than 24 hours I received a reply to my email confirming that this was not a problem and that my refund would be in my account within 3-5 working days. 5 stars for being so helpful and I have no issues with purchasing tickets through them again in the future.
