Jul 07,2021Really disappointed. I ordered a meat platter for my sisters 40th birthday, which consisted of sausage rolls, sliced pizzas and a full platter of meat sandwiches. My brother in law went to collect the order only to be told only half of the order has been made and the person isn’t in the shop to cook the other part but come back in 20 min. My brother in law goes home and comes back, again only to be told again that it still isn’t ready. In total he waited over an hour for the food. The staff wasn’t very apologetic or looked like they even cared that are order wasn’t correct and we had to wait over an hour. Such a shame as I ordered last year and I had a little trouble but this year was worse. Unfortunately I won’t be ordering again for any type of function as the service we received was not adequate, late order with no apology.

Jul 06,2021My order hadn't been delivered to the store and I had to make last minute alternate arrangements for a birthday party in the afternoon. I was given a refund when asked (which will take 2 days to clear) however I will not be using Wenzel's again for a cake order.

Jul 06,2021The food was delicious, everything was nice and fresh. Sorina was serving me - she was very nice! We had platters (veg and meat) and they were fresh and soo good. My team really enjoyed it.

Jun 23,2021Wenzles is AMAZING the cakes are delicious the bloomer sandwiches are super fresh and fantastic choices of fillings. Not to forget their baguettes yum. I discovered Wenzles during lockdown and am so glad I did. Since then I have been returning regularly. Having heard the news we are getting one along the high street I work makes me very happy. I have been spreading the word to all my clients who are eager to try for themselves. We are stuck with a Greggs bakers who have been filling the front of their baguettes only to open and find there is nothing inside other than some leafs. In addition to this their baguettes are like rocks and taste awful cheap and nasty. In my opinion Greggs bakers have gone down hill and Wenzles will be a much needed alternative offering fantastic quality and great value for money. Wenzles has amazing customer service the staff are very helpful and if your favourite sandwich is not on the shelf they are more than happy to make it for you. What great customer service if you ask me!

Jun 23,2021As a child I'd get excited about getting a gingerbread man from Wenzels, as a teenager I'd enjoying getting my baguette in my Saturday job lunch break and now as an adult I enjoy getting our weekly loaf of bread from Wenzels...and occasionally treating myself to a sausage roll. Greggs what? It's all about Wenzels :) Super tasty, fresh and great service

Jun 22,2021Absolutely loved Wenzel's!! We decided to go to the one closest to us and we weren't disappointed. The bloomer we got was perfect.. Soft and fluffy in the middle, crusty on the outside and made amazing sandwiches and even better on it's own with lashings of butter!! The sweet treats are delicious as, although I have yet to try out the Cronuts (which I know will be lush). Definitely going back again ❤️

Delicious doughnuts, beautiful buns ,perfect pizza ,sizzling sausage rolls, bountiful baguettes, Fantastic fairy cakes, lovely loaves, cute cupcakes, scrumptious sandwiches . Really is sugar and spice and all things nice in one word it’s YUM
