Jun 15,2021Ordered an eggless Oreo cookie cake, it was horrible. It was so dry and the next day I had to throw over half the cake away as it become hard and was inedible. So disappointed as everything else I have bought from wensels has always been nice. Will not be buying birthday cakes from there again.

Jun 15,2021I usually order the fresh cream cake but on too many occasions the sponge wasn't nice and a bit tasteless so I order a double chocolate cake to be made for a birthday celebration. They never received the message I wanted iced on. However they called to find out what it was. The cake was on the small size but the taste was amazing you only needed a small sliver as it was so rich and moist. Everyone complimented it! Delicious

Jun 09,2021We received our order on Saturday and it was all correct . We ordered baguettes and a mix of sandwiches. The baguettes were nice but the bread on the sandwich’s were hard and not fresh. All my guest felt that the bread was stale. I was very disappointed it was my first time using your service and unfortunately I won’t be using your services again.

Jun 07,2021This was my first Wenzel order and while my order was placed easily on line and readiness to pick up seamless, and most helpful staff at Gerrards Cross I am sorry to say both items I purchased were very dry, this was sausage rolls, and especially the spring rolls. I was very disappointed I had an event planned and both these items were hardly touched from my tables, while all other foods I prepared or purchase elsewhere were eaten with no food left over.

Jun 06,2021Purchased a coffee from the Watford High Street branch only to be told after I paid, they had no sweeteners. Why not tell me before I made the purchase? Then they offer me brown sugar as if this is a healthy substitute. The attitude of the staff came accross as if they didn’t care. I didn’t drink the coffee in the end. It goes to say I will not be going to any Wenzels again and do not recommend this place. Cafe Nero across the road would have been better.

May 31,2021Our local Wenzel's is in Bushey Herts and the staff are very helpful.One of favourite loaves is the granary and I have not been able to buy it . Why have they taken it off there shelves? it is most disappointing

May 21,2021Very poor customer service at Greenford branch. Went to get a sandwich. They did not have chicken/salad on brown bread on the shelf. Asked if they could make one for me. No was the answer. I said but you made one for me yesterday and the previous day. Okay, then was the reply. And could I have a little more salad on it? No. But you did that yesterday and the previous days. Okay, then. I was changed extra for the pleasure. I decided to pay for the sandwich but not eat it because of the rotten altitude of the woman. I felt she may have spit on it. Pathetic customer service.

May 20,2021The manager of yiewsley branch was absolutely brilliant. She helped me to choose the food and made the process very easy. It was a relatively small order for my husband's funeral, my children and i appreciated the freshness and beautiful presentation of all the food. The sandwiches were fresh, the strawberry tarts and french fancies were gorgeous. Thank you so very much ❤

Jun 22,2021Your staff in Stanmore are always polite, but the lemon cake has been exchanged for a new recipe and is dry and tasteless. What happened to your original recipe? It hasn't even any real lemon juice listed....lemon flavouring! And the price has gone up by 15p.
