May 14,2024I drove across town, not realizing it was the day reserved for pick up orders only. I called in, and the employee was so kind and understanding. He let me order over the phone, took payment, and brought the mtb shoes out to my car. The whole transaction took about 20 minutes. He didn't hesitate to switch up the protocol to accommodate me. You da berries!
