For over 10 years, Western Bike Works has been my "Go To" vendor for cycling needs. Excellent selection of products: clothes, shoes, tires, accessories. Posted reviews are extremely helpful and chat/phone service is both friendly and informative. Returns are managed quickly and easily. Finally, rewards point system is a great benefit for loyal customers.
Very easy return for exchange.
Straight forward and easy
Great prices and lightning fast shipping.
Pearl Izumi AM Fib cycling tights, size large, were shipped quickly. I'm 6'2" at 160 and the size large fit snug and long enough to my ankles. However, I have size 14 feet and these tights do not have an ankle zipper. To me, it stresses the fabric stretching them over size 14. Maybe the XL is a larger diameter.
Prices are always fair and customer service is excellent.

Mar 18,2024There was a sale on Continenal hard shell road tires sometime around Sept. 2023. So I bought two. Then they said out of stock. The guess was around Oct./Nov. No problem. The an email said the backorder would be in Dec. 2023. No problem. Then an email said, now in Feb. 2024. Well, Ok, but it's a long wait. Then an email said the date had been changed to late March. Wow, what's going on? The ship date went back forth to sooner, then later. I finally had a ship date at the end of Feb. Great, so I called to verify and I was told that my order had been canceled? What!!! The person on the phone said the item was in stock and still gave a better than listed price. Sounds like a crazy mix up! Not that good for customers. I don't know what really happened?
