Jun 23,2023I was looking for tires, Hammer gel, and CO2 for an upcoming ride. On short notice I found what I was looking for at a reasonable price and placed my order with Western BikeWorks. The packages went out was stated with the CO2 in a separate shipment from the East Coast. The tires and gel arrived via USPS in two days. Thank you Western Bike Works and USPS for executing to the T. I had a drama free ride with the new tire and a good supply of fuel.

Jun 16,2023The shoes were very comfortable on the maiden voyage. I’ve only had one ride in them so far but I will do it again this weekend. It’s very nice to be able to dial in the tension you need at any time with ease. I’m using them for gravel and they match the color of my gravel bike.

Jun 16,2023With my most recent purchase, my package arrived in a large bag with several holes in it. Although the individual boxes inside were not in the best shape the actual products were undamaged. I've never received any products packaged so poorly from Westernbikeworks before.

I’ve tried a good number in the past and have stuck with Westernbikeworks. Never any issues with my orders and delivery. I’ve spoken with company employees when necessary and they are first rate.

Jun 13,2023Quick and easy return process. Had an immediate email saying my card credit was processed. Sure do miss your store on Lovejoy! Enjoyed the visits to shoot the sh_t about bikes and have a latte 😃 The previous store was 30 minutes less drive for me as I live on Warren OR.

Jun 27,2023I ordered a pair of cycling shoes from Western BikeWorks. I needed to exchange them because they were too large. I called WBW. The customer service person answered promptly, emailed me a return label and shipped out the new pair all within a few minutes. The process couldn't have been any easier. I will definitely be ordering from Western BikeWorks again soon!
