Mar 18,2023I was able to get the Shimano Ultegra rear derailleur from WB Works and they matched the lower price instantly. Very simple and easy to do. A great experience! I prefer purchases from WBW as their service is exceptional and they cater to cyclist customers exclusively.

Mar 17,2023Ordered and received a carbon stem for a road bike. Stem arrived with scratches maybe B stock)? Returned it and got only partial credit for my hard earned money. They said that I scratched the stem. BULL Buyer beware!

Feb 24,2023Hi! A long time Western Bike customer and always been well taken care of, across the board! Had recently ordered a new pair of Shimano 702 road shoes, latest version I have about 10,000 miles on and are still in great shape, but I had to get new ones! Bike Dork… Anyway, got a great deal at a nice sale price beginning of Feb 2023, 2 weeks later, I get an email and they are now on sale for $24.99 less. Not totally upset , but I was like, well its worth asking… I emailed and said “Hi. I ordered these shoes beginning of Feb 2023 and now they are $24.99 less. Could I just get a shop credit for the difference??” Told them I would end up spending the money with them anyway, on whatever i needed. I get an email back less than 24 hours later that they had applied a credit to my Visa card. I am a customer service JUNKIE and I just love to see good stuff and taking care of people. Their customer service has also been excellent in the rare cases that it was needed. Shipping is very fast, and the products are well-packaged and pristine (unlike some online vendors).
