May 20,2023I ordered and returned some Shimano SPD pedals that were NOT what I wanted. I contacted Customer Service and was so impressed by Nathan(?) who helped me find best pedals for my road bike. I ordered PD-ES600 pedals and I LOVE them! They are working great for me. Nathan helped me with the entire transaction and I had my new replacement pedals within 5 days. Western Bike Works Customer Service to the BEST!

May 16,2023I had been thinking about getting a bike case, and stalling - and then stumbled over the secret 20% off sale - and jumped on it. I have a friend whose bike was damaged using a soft case, and I decided i needed a hard case. The delivery was very quick. I have to confess i haven't opened the box yet! The trip is later this summer.
