Aug 16,2022I like Westernbikeworks. I shop there for my cycling needs often. In these times where Items are so frequently stolen from our property, I take my delivery confirmations seriously. To have the shipper change the delivery date to the next day, at the end of the day you've just wasted waiting for your delivery is very frustrating!! Happens all the time with all deliveries from everyone. We find FedEx to be the worst offender, and I'm at the point of not ordering from retailers that use FedEx, but it seems all the shippers from UPS, FedEx, OnTime, or whoever fail to get the delivery to us on the day they originally confirm to. FedEx drivers can't even get our deliveries to our front door, instead they leave packages at our garage door, where anybody can steal them. USPS is the only one who will be secure, and the best at getting our packages to us because of the locked mail box, but their tracking is not so good. I have no affiliation with any shipper or delivery service. We now have our packages delivered to a friends' address that has a door person who accepts deliveries, and even that is not totally secure.

Aug 09,2022Wanted a replacement redwall tire to match the tire on the front. Looks like they are no longer mad. Sad - a red one on front and an all black on the back. That was frustrating but the bike still rolls so all is good.

Aug 06,2022I am always very satisfied with the service from Western Bike works. They have excellent quality components and gear at fair prices. There shipping time to northern Canada is also pretty impressive and I tend to receive my orders within 7-10 days of placing them.

Aug 02,2022They ran a $50 off promo on Garmin Varia RTL515 a couple months ago. I wanted to pick it up in the store/warehouse near PDX but would not be there for a couple months They honored the promo. I went to the store on a Monday only to find it was an "off day" as far as the public going in. However, they took the order, the cc info and then came out with the product. All this in about 15 minutes. They have always been extremely accomodating and surpassed themselves this time.
