Jun 23,2022I have never had a bad experience shopping with Western Bike Works. The only issue I have had, is not with WBW themselves, but with their suppliers. Hard to sell things to those needy cyclists if the producers do not make the bikes, components or accessories they may need or desire.

Jun 22,2022I ordered a pair of shimano road shoes in same size as every other pair of shimano shoes I own and currently use, the shoes were on sale for a nice price. Got them here and they were just too snug and short. Emailed customer service and had the easiest greatest return service experience, rep was so nice and patient and guided me through the steps, said I likely need 1/2 size larger due to the race profile of the shoe. Shoes were by then on backorder, expected June 22, I said that was fine, they arrived last week, a week early, I am so very satisfied with the process fron start to finish.

Jun 21,2022My first on-line purchase was rejected. The only statement given by the form email was that it was a problem with either my payment info or address. Both were correct, but I wasted my time reviewing it anyway. I then called the 800 number to ask if they could tell in their computers exactly what the problem was. Instead of doing so, I got, "No worries!" I wasn't worried. Except for them acting like Big Brother and knowing who I was without giving them any info at all. That really makes you question things. Then when I tried to repurchase, the website went bonkers. After the 3rd attempt, which I think was successful, I emailed the company to confirm that it only went thru once. Also told them to let the phone guy know I wasn't worried and I'm sick of that ridiculous overused and meaningless phrase. If everyone's so "no worries", then why is this country in the state that it's in???! Duh. Stupid and annoying phrase. I guess they don't like criticism because they emailed me back that they won't do business with me. Ha! No worries!
