Dec 10,2020Poor Customer Service Spoke to the sales rep and booked an appointment for a designer to visit my property and provide a quote and ..........nobody turned up, despite me receiving text reminders and rushing home to be there. Then out of the blue I get an email quote for something I hadn’t even discussed! Why would you treat a potential customer that way. It will interesting to see if anyone calls me back. Really poor and clearly this company do not want the work.

Nov 26,2020Very disappointed with my conservatory. Very briefly had a demonstration of their solar glass preventing heat penetration. Had the conservatory built. ALL seemed good until we started to get temperatures in excess of 40° celcius. Complained. They said the heat does penetrate the glass after a few minutes and that the demonstration I was given wasn't long enough for this to happen. I have found out that the glass in the roof is only recommended by the manufacturer for the sides and much better glass is recommended for the roof. WYW want several thousand pounds more to give me what I thought I already had. Not good.

Nov 21,2020I bought a door in Mayfair an office conversion in my garage. Firstly the service and quality was fantastic from sales to installation. Today, however, I had an issue where the door decided not to allow me to lock it - a settlement issue that was swiftly resolved and repaired on a Saturday between the fantastic customer care team and wonderful fitters, Chris and Corey. The issues was fixed within an hour and a half from me reporting it! I was a repeat customer anyway, but now I have even more reason to use them again - a great company! Thanks West Yorkshire Windows!

Nov 20,2020WYW visited my property today to do some work to mainly replace some corroded screws and adjust 2 windows. The work was done efficiently and professionally. What was excellent was that Mark Bentley explained the maintenance required, the specialist lubricants and gave me a care and maintenance guide. This will enable me to reduce the possibility of an occurrence of these issues in future.

Nov 17,2020From initial quote to fully fitted windows and doors James - A pleasant dude with a no pressure sales approach (which is unusual for a window company) but very welcome! John and Steve turned up on time every day, fitted all windows and doors without damaging anything! (even around the bathroom tiles!) Even little extras such as putting back missing bricks! which was a nice little bonus Happy face

Nov 15,2020We had our conservatory installed just over six years ago by West Yorkshire Windows but unfortunately, it developed a leak. Dawn in Customer Services and Nicola in Installations have been most helpful in ensuring that the problem has been resolved. Mark Bentley, the Service Engineer investigated and has been back on several occasions to repair and rectify the leak to a perfect standard. He is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced and kept us fully informed, at all times, when he would be coming and exactly what he would be doing. He worked quickly, efficiently and tidied and cleaned up after himself every time. A real credit to the company! Many Thanks to the whole team at West Yorkshire Windows - including Eric the plasterer and his colleague (sorry I didn’t get your name) you were both great – again clean, tidy and did a brilliant job! Thank you!

No strong sell (thanks James Wallace-so refreshing!) & Robbie and Colin were first class when it came to fitting. Thank you for being so professional, approachable and exceptionally respectful of social distancing at our home. All in all, highly recommended. Oct 28,2020I wouldn’t recommend this company it’s been an absolute nightmare. We’ve spent a lot of money getting the windows and doors all changed and have been left with an unfinished door for over a week now. I’ve logged a complaint and it’s not been acknowledged also Peter has said he will call us back and hasn’t. I will be escalating my complaint. The door is unsealed on the outside and also when fitted the old trims was left on. We’re waiting on this fixed. I’ve also seen on trust pilot that this has happened before I’m so upset that this has happened with us and will be demanding compensation.

Oct 25,2020Following our last review, we have now had more work completed by West Yorkshire Windows and, whether judged from the point of view of product quality, service level or price, they have again ticked all of the boxes. A couple of minor problems were identified during installation but these were quickly addressed and put right. A well deserved pat on the back to sales, installation and customer service departments. Very well done!
