Aug 12,2020W/Yorkshire windows recently fitted two patio doors for us. Ordering and arranging a date was simple and on the day the fitters couldn’t have been more amenable. They arrived early and worked tirelessly to achieve a very high standard of tidiness and professional finish. A window had to be removed from our conservatory to enable location of the new doors and this was carefully replaced and resealed without any trace of its removal. Overall, a professional job. Recommended.

Aug 10,2020We were really pleased with the overall professional advice given by the sales rep also the advice by the survey engineer about the choosing of the glass Panels in the new composite door. We also had a new conservatory roof. The fitters turned up on time on the given date they worked methodically and cleaned as they worked. Very polite and helpful will use the company again in the future

Aug 09,2020I have used West Yorkshire Windows twice and been pleased on both occasions. They have a showroom where the staff are very helpful. Mark Henderson came to my home to discuss options of a conservatory, a window and new door. He wasn't pushy and was happy to look at different design options, even when this was more work for him. The workmen for my conservatory were lovely and did a brilliant job. The only thing was that the skirting came off as this was put on wet plaster. I didn't report this as a family member has stuck these back on for me. The workman that installed my new door and window was also lovely but was a couple of hours late, even when I had called in the morning. He was working on his own that day but it would have been nice if he had called to let me know he was going to be later than planned. When I called to chase him Emma in the office was great and called me back quickly once she had spoken to him. There is a bit of sealing that needs re-doing around my window but a family member will do this for me. Even with skirting and sealing I would use West Yorkshire Windows again in the further. I have also recommended them to a friend.

The service from everyone involved has been professional and first class all round. I have had a couple of minor issues with a door but they were addressed promptly. I have no reservations in recommending this company to anyone who wants a quality product.

They did a fantastic and thorough job, explaining what caused the issue, what the solution was and how they were going about it and so on. They were polite, organised and committed in ensuring they wouldn't leave until the door had been properly fixed

Aug 02,2020Just used West Yorkshire Windows to have 4 new large Windows fitted. Maybe not the cheapest quote we had but so pleased we chose this firm. The fitters John and Steve worked tirelessly to get the job done (on the hottest day of the year!) and cleared all the mess up before they left. Tiny scratch on one of the panes was reordered by them before we had even noticed it. First class job. Would have no hesitation in using this firm again.

Communication great timescale very impressive fitters all good guys and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend west yorkshire windows, this is the 2nd house we have had done by them.

Everyone was polite and I was communicated with along every step in the process. Also helps that they came in cheaper than the 3 other quote from other businesses! I’d recommend to a friend anytime.

Jul 09,2020I found West Yorkshire Windows very easy to work with. Initial consultation was excellent. Their representative gave great advice and helped with decisions we were unsure about. The quote and finance option was excellent. I've knocked one star off because there were a couple of mistakes made during the build. However these were rectified in 24 hours. The team in the office were very helpful and kept us updated with what stage we were at. All the tradespeople were friendly, professional and hard working. They did a good job and didn't leave any mess. We are very happy with West Yorkshire Windows and the work they carried out.

Very professional, polite & hard working staff, John & Steve the fitters were great, nothing was too much trouble for them, they cleaned up after themselves & our windows & doors look fantastic. The company kept in contact with emails when our appointment was suspended due to covid19 & once work started the fitters were punctual & reliable. Aug 13,2020I was impressed from the onset. I only wanted a new stable door initially but bought a bathroom window also and the combined cost was still lower than previous quotes for a door only. I ordered prior to Covid. They apologised for delay due to warehouse closure. Through these exceptional times from the office/salesman/measure man/fitter and aftercare team I cannot praise them enough. If you ever want windows or doors look no further.
