She explain me all the details and what do i need to do and how to be able to get a refund because the part wasn't the correct one. She was always nice and helpful. If more companies will train their employees like her, would be a trouble or painful to get customer service.

Mar 18,2017I went online with the model and make of my shredder. Whitaker brothers came up and show me which bags to order, however the bags are much bigger They don't fit properly in the machine so the bags are only half full when we need to change them
