The person that I spoke with regarding the paper folding machine that we were planning on ordering questioned why we were ordering and suggested one that he felt would work more smoothly for us. The video on-line regarding the product he suggested was great and we went with the machine that he suggested. It does work more smoothly and quicker than the model we were going to order, so we are happy with the purchase. Also ordering on-line was quick and easy. The shipping did not take long either, we ordered on 11/21 and received it on 11/28, the Thanksgiving holiday, so probably would have been quicker without that delay.

Dec 06,2016I received the Martin Yale 1711 folding machine. The box was lighter than I anticipated. It was very easy to insert the 2 folding plates and connect the electrical plugs. I had it up and running in about 15 minutes after I got it out of the box. It is still to early to review on how it performs but I think I'm going to like it.

Dec 06,2016Very easy to work with. Good price -- and even after purchasing, they adjusted the price when they learned a colleague had gotten a lower quote. Delivery was very fast. Haven't plugged in the shredder yet, but I assume it will work fine.

Whitaker Brothers kept turning up with the most thorough video reviews of a number of different folding machines. After selecting the machines we were interested in, I found that they had the best price by a pretty wide margin. Nov 15,2016Service was fine and doing business was a pleasure. You asked what could be done for a 5-star review. First, we were a new customer and you asked us to use a credit card instead of a PO. Not unusual, and not a problem, just an obstacle. Then, the product came to us damaged almost beyond repair. It was cheaply made and did not withstand the rigors of shipping. The replacement also came with a chip in it. Your company was very helpful in getting it replaced, and for that you received the 4 stars. If I were rating the product, the rating would be lower. Other than these issues, your service was good and the delivery was quick. I would order from your company again, but would need to do a little more research on the product. Thank you, Helen
