Not only did they have the model our office needed, at a terrific price, but after placing the order a representative from Whitaker Bros. called! The rep took time to assess our usage and confirm we purchased the right model. He reviewed some of the features with me and offered future help if needed! I'm impressed. Feb 18,2017My municipal office was in need of a date and time stamp --looked on line forever and finally decided on a product that Whitaker Brothers sells--called the 1-800 number and they walked me through the steps to purchase via a purchase order and then i had the distinct privildege of dealing with a gentleman by the name of John Brown from Whittaker Brothers --I had called his land line number and he actually picked it up on his cell and answered all my questions. Just superb CUSTOMER SERVICE! And what made it even better --I was able to purchase this machine at a cost that was lower than any other seller of this product --they even beat Amazon.com Thanks Again

We were encouraged to send samples to test on the two machines we were interested in and got honest feedback when we called for the results. No one pushed us to buy more or bigger, they only offered the equipment that we needed for the jobs we do. Awesome customer service.

Also, their customer service has been great - communicating about delivery status and details effectively to enable me to know when the product will arrive and how to prepare for its delivery.

I also ordered parts for a folding machine online and the service was excellent. I have not received the parts yet but I am sure they are on the way. Great company and I highly recommend them.

Jan 29,2017I ordered a shredder on 1/20/2017 and never heard a thing. I then went on the website and to my chagrin the shredder was discontinued after I ordered it. The money was processing in my account for eight days and no one ever called me to say rhat the product was discontinued. How rude and inconsiderate. The monies were then returned to my account and this survey ends up in my email. Way to go HSM! Maybe I will hear from you on this matter, then maybe I won't!ðŸ˜

Mar 07,2017Overall, we had a great experience with the company but the follow through on the sales pitches and assistance took a long time. We ordered a shredder. After making the purchase, it took us almost a month to get it. We had to call at least twice about our ordered being shipped. Then we were trying to get another conversion kit for our shredder. I called three times. The salesman stated that he forgot each time and to send him an email. I asked in the email for a follow up or acknowledgement that the kit had been sent. This was over the course of at least 2 months and no kit and no response. We were interested in buying more shredders for our company use. I sent the salesman an email again. I asked about the kit and the cost to buy more shredders. He answered the sales question but not about the kit. So for initial purchases great but the follow up is shaky at best.
